“Today my husband and I were on our way back from Savannah and when we got to the Dublin exit we pulled into Burger King for a short break and a burger. When my husband returned to the van we found our back right tire was not only flat it was coming apart!! These tires only had 11,000 on them and they were guaranteed for 50,000. Anyway…I called Duncan and talked to a very nice man (Travis) and told him our story. He sent Seth (very nice young man) out to help. Seth came, removed what was left of our tire, went back to their shop, put the new tire on our rim, returned to us and put the tire on and also checked the air in our other tires to make sure they were ok. All of this took about a little less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and we were off and on our way back home to Monroe. THANK YOU TRAVIS AND SETH.”

“This was me and my family first time getting our vehicle services by Auto Max. We chose to go to them because of the reviews, we saw how they took care of their customers also they were local to us. We did experience some bumps in the road due to some miscommunication on their part, but they worked with us even through that and got our vehicle serviced in a timely manner and priced it fairly based on what was needed and what was already done. They also help my family with other matters that allowed us to continue our routine without struggle while our vehicle was serviced and I thank them and the mechanic for that extra effort of care on our family behalf. We were patient with them and they returned the patients with us when our vehicle was finished being serviced which I thank them for that as well. Overall great shop, honest and caring people, we will be returning for our breaks. The only advice I give when going to them is always do the diagnosis first with your vehicle even if you do or don't know what's going on with it, that was the miscommunication. Other than that they will give you their honest and professional opinion and get the problem resolved.

“One of the better self service wash’s I’ve been to in quite a while. All the self service equipment worked also all cleaning chemicals I used were not watered down and the wand had excellent pressure. I spent 10$ had around 17mins of wash time. I’d definitely recommend this car wash”

“Great Service. No wait today. Ask for Mr. Wells. Very nice, diligent man cleaned my car inside & out very thoroughly, got all the red clay mud & bugs off, made it shine, smell, & feel like new. The fee was $35. He took about 2 hours on it, very thorough, no other business there. I tipped Mr. Wells an extra $40 for such a great job & their lack of business. They are changing the name & sign to Top Notch soon.”

“This is a Response to Angelica Locke’s review, lady purchased a used engine from us for her Buick Verano. She did not get a license shop or actual shop to install the engine, the mechanic she chose to install the engine she purchased from us, left her in a high dry situation. She notifies us that she is having trouble with the car, we tell her to bring the car in and we would take a look. Upon inspection car had pre existing electrical fuel issues. Issues that caused her original engine to go out. These same engine computer issues washed the rings on the engine we sold her. Oil pan was slap full of gas. We decided to help her out on the engine and replace it. So we did just that. We have been tremendously working on the car, replaced the engine, test drove the car and the engine ran amazing. Mind you we didn’t charge her for any of this! We just wanted to help her out and get her back going. We decided to try a used engine computer and we were having issues getting it to program, so we had to order a new engine computer. This is all we were waiting on. She calls the shop today and said she is coming to get her car and we tell her ma’am we can’t stop you from getting your car, but if you drive it with it dumping to much fuel it will void the warranty. We need a little more time, we have it very close, let us test drive it some more. She pulls up demanding her car we have her car out front ready for her, she stands out front of our business with other customers and kids cussing everyone of my employees, and making a scene. We tell her several times ma’am please get in your car and leave, you wanted your car you got it, we tried helping you. She would not leave… Eventually her family/friends pull up, we call deputies to get them off the property. She didn’t pay $2500 for the engine she paid $1900 something. She called us a bunch of liars, had no remorse for our 14 year old family member we was trying leave and go see about that was being air lifted, from a bad atv accident. We didn’t bill her for labor, any extra parts, or another engine, that a shade tree mechanic she picked ruined. Because they wouldn’t stop driving it! We’ve always went above and beyond to satisfy and take care any and everybody, at the end of the day it don’t matter if you are local or out of town, we’ve always strived to do more than satisfy our customers. I can honestly say out of all my blood sweat and tears we’ve put into this business, me nor my employees have ever been disrespected like that. I hope you take her review with a grain of salt. I promise you, from the bottom of our hearts we tried more than enough to satisfy this woman. Once you show us that level of disrespect and have no remorse for us trying to leave and shut the gate after hours to get to our family member, we will not tolerate it. Please remember just because you buy a engine and install it, it doesn’t fix all the other on going issues with you car. Thanks - Auto Parts R Us”

“We were driving on I16 when all of a sudden we heard a noise under our car that sounded like metal dragging on the road. A quick google search led us to Bryan’s Auto Repair Shop. We slowly made our way there only to discover they were closed. However, the owner, along with his family, went out of their way to help us anyways.
