“Today my husband and I were on our way back from Savannah and when we got to the Dublin exit we pulled into Burger King for a short break and a burger. When my husband returned to the van we found our back right tire was not only flat it was coming apart!! These tires only had 11,000 on them and they were guaranteed for 50,000. Anyway…I called Duncan and talked to a very nice man (Travis) and told him our story. He sent Seth (very nice young man) out to help. Seth came, removed what was left of our tire, went back to their shop, put the new tire on our rim, returned to us and put the tire on and also checked the air in our other tires to make sure they were ok. All of this took about a little less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and we were off and on our way back home to Monroe. THANK YOU TRAVIS AND SETH.”

“If you’re looking to buy a rv go see Tolita she is awesome! My husband and I had certain features that each of us were looking for and to add to our shopping day it was raining. The rain didn’t stop Tolita from going above and beyond in helping us find the right fit for our needs. She had the most patience (we looked at the same rvs over and over before making a decision). She didn’t rush us and even brought us an umbrella ☔️. Thanks so much again for your help and hospitality Tolita. We will be back in the future as our adventures grow and we get used to the rv life.”

They quickly diagnosed our issue and provided an appropriate resolution on a day when the Service Department was already solidly booked. He took the information about where to pick up and where to drop off and BAM! It was done! He didn't ask for money till the work was done!!! Most places would be aggressive and ask you to pay for it before they proceed! Nope! He just took the information, took care of the work, and then sent me a bill! That was really awesome ??! I will never use anyone else, but Johnson's in the future!!!”
