The worst car wash I've ever been to. I stopped here because they have the buckets to the side where you can pre scrub your car. That's the only amenity they offer. They don't pressure wash your plastic mats, they won't let you use the restroom, the spray bottles are tied down, when i complained to the attendant about it, he got belligerent with me. Telling me to tell people to stop stealing them, tell who? As if, I'm acquainted with the theives. Get serious! But those bottles are 0.40 when you buy them in bulk from ULINE. So just proof they don't care about catering to their customers. The towels are so far out of reach you'll think they don't offer them. This is my first and last time coming to this location. There is a car wash on wesley chapel right next to quiktrip, they have better customer service. I hate using my money with companies that don't value me as a customer or see me as a human.

My experience with this car wash on 20th of June was the absolute worst!!!! I have been coming to this car was since they open and since the knew owners took over. Today my car stopped in the middle of a wash a couple feet before the blowers and would not move. I was at a stand still for an about a minute before I put the car in drive and exited the platform. Upon walking up to the employee to ask if there was an issue with the track the manager (identified his self as Mike) stated no there was no issue however another guy was bending down working on the track. I then proceeded to ask what was the other employee doing when he went completely off and said we stopped the track and I asked via mid car wash and he stated well you were almost at the blower. This guy was the rudest , most non compliant, distasteful employee I've interacted with in my 10 years of being serviced here. I asked that my monthly prescription be canceled he stated he did it and walked off so I will have to view my statement to determine when my month will end. I will also be writing to the BBB for further investigation. I asked to receive the owners contact and he refused. I will let the BBB perform an investigation of this site.
Note: In response to the wrong location.... No this is not the wrong location as I took pictures the day of the incident. I wouldn't expect the guy to provide his real name as he was a liar ? from the start of the incident to begin with. However, he removed my monthly subscription so that will tell you the person that identified himself as Mike. He also stated he was the manager (black guy) and a white guy was performing the task on the line when the wash was stopped. I still have time until my month expires and will be going back to this location and contacting the BBB.

I’ve e been coming to this location for a few years now and the service is always top tier they even make sure I have tire shine great atmosphere to clean your car inside and out!!! Keep up the great work Justin u keep the customers coming back

I usually don’t have any issues. For the last 2 days both of my cars have gotten stuck in the automation. One for 10 minutes the other for 5minutes. No one came to check on me I had to literally push my car out. Asked for a manager they stated no one is present. I have a two car membership. Not happy.

This car wash should be closed down! Go there at your own risk! Your car maybe damage and there seems to be no way to get damages even heard by management. Customer service is terrible. I got a car wash here a few days ago. I arrived around 7:45 pm went through wash. I started vacuuming my car. An attendant came and told me I had one minute to finish as machines will be turned off as they close at 8 pm. When I approached the so call manager he just pointed to sign indicating the closing time and stated vacuuming was a courtesy. Typically a business will allow you to complete fully the service you paid for but not this business. A simple offer by the so call manager suggesting I return the next day to finish the service I paid for to me would have been a better response to my concern. Or the staff informing me before I started that I would not be able to complete the service would have been nice. After reading about all the more serious damages people have received at this business on this sight I am grateful that my experience was not that bad. I will not be going back to this car wash because you run the risk of another poor customer service experience or damaging my cars.

Very poor customer service and the spray bottle are tied down and broke and one of the guy had nerve to tell me to let someone take the vacuum from me on my side that I was on so he could help her with car like I Wasn’t using it ?

DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a car wash on Monday. When my car entered the car wash bay it malfunctioned and the scrubber came down over my roof and hood and then all of the machines and lights turned off. I went through and asked the attendant could I go back through because the system turned off and my car didn’t get washed. He yelled go back through! I went back through and it worked properly this time. I went home and as I got out of the car I noticed a huge scratch on the quarter panel of my car and the hood was dented in. There are even blue pieces from the scrubber that came down on my hood, lodged in the crack of my hood. I tried to call the car wash because I would not make it back up there in time before they closed. I found 2 phone numbers online and none of them work. I went back up there the following morning and spoke to the attendent. I explained what happened and showed him the damage. He said that the carwash didnt do that and they have 24 cameras on the premises and would be able to view the tape. I asked him to please view it and when may I speak to the manager. He told me to come back the next day at noon and ask for the manager Mike. I returned the next day and asked for Mike, they said he's not the manager. The manager came out looked at the damage asked me what day and time was I there. He went into the office for about 15 minutes and came out and said theres nothing he can do. I'm contacting a lawyer and taking them to small claims court.
