It's a nice place to walk around if you like looking at art. Otherwise everything is very pricey ($$$) and the employees are hovering making it mildly uncomfortable. I wouldn't go out of my way to go, but if you're looking for a fun store to look around when you're in Decatur, go for it.

I visit this store every time we travel to Atlanta! I absolutely love all the great artisan crafts, art and gifts on display.I recently bought one of the goats I’ve wanted for a couple of years. The salespersons wrapped it and put it in a bag for me. I had no trouble taking it through security at the airport and storing it in an overhead bin. No problems. It was a medium size goat. Thanks so much!! You guys are so accommodating.

Wild Oats and Billy Goats is an absolute vibe. Not only that, I'll go as far as to say it's my happy place. They have a fun rotation of art here. I'm slowly building a sheet metal petting zoo after each visit here. It's so hard to leave this place empty handed. The staff is always friendly, and I highly recommend you stop by if you're in Downtown Decatur.

Fantastic staff and great selection of beautiful art to look at and buy. I went on back to back days, enamored with one particular artist’s work. Unfortunately, there’s no bathroom, but there’s one across the street at a lovely bookshop (which has some awesome books, so yes of course I bought one and you should too). Very kind staff and a great place to pop in for 5 minutes or 2 hours

They had me at Billy Goats! Such a cute store with a wide variety of products from creative artworks by talented local artists, to jewelry, ceramics, homewares and even something for the kiddos! It truly is an inspirational store and the perfect place to find that unique piece of art for your walls.
