While in Walmart attempting to check out, I encountered significant difficulties with the cashier. Initially, he displayed a clear reluctance to serve customers in his line, directing us elsewhere without so much as a greeting. When I attempted to use both a Walmart gift card and the Walmart app for payment, he informed me that split payment was not allowed, adding unnecessary frustration to the situation. Despite my request for assistance from a manager, the cashier continued to resist, resulting in a tense standoff until the manager intervened. Although the manager provided excellent service and resolved the issue promptly, the cashier's subsequent behavior, including yelling about insufficient funds, was unacceptable. Such incidents detract from the shopping experience and reflect poorly on the store's customer service standards. Piss Poor don't you think ?!

Why am I scheduling a pickup from 6-7, getting here at 6:14 and not getting my items til after 7??? I did pickup because I have other stuff to do I couldve just went in the store and got my stuff in this time.

This was my first time at a Walmart that had a parking garage. Found everything I needed. Had an escalator for me and my shopping cart. to go down. Was pretty cool.

Dirty and full of weird and rude workers, especially at the door. I walked to asked an employee a question. Two were standing by the "exit" door. Before I could ask my question, one old lady said "THIS IS THE EXIT SIDE" to me. She then let a very old white lady go in the same side without problem, despite being rude, loud, and nasty to me. I mentioned I was only coming to ask a question. This old door lady shouldn't be working here. She's nasty just like the condition of the store.

At this point I'm so not happy with this Walmart! They sold me $1000 in bogus gift cards! I paid for them but the cards would not activate & were useless b/c someone else had already used them. I am filing a police report!

Should have read reviews. I ordered delivery and never got my order. No call from the driver, no text, they never showed up. My order said it would be rescheduled and Never was. I contacted customer service through the app and was told. I could go pick it up. I go to pick up the order the next day. And the store says that they don't have my order and that they can't find it. Eventually they tell me that I should cancel my ordeven though I was charged. I asked them if I could just get my items. Since I was charged and was told to go inside and talk to customer service. I went inside and asked for the head manager who checked on my order and also told me that there was nothing they could do and that I had to cancel it and get a refund Because it was an uber driver and that's separate from the walmart deliveries. Safe to say my items were probably stolen. And now I have to wait 10 business days to get my refund. I'm also out the items. I will never order here again and also contact corporate

I am highly disappointed with my experience today with this store specifically. I have ordered from here several times over the last year between pickup and delivery. Yesterday I placed an order for a 9-10:00 am delivery window, the order came at 9:26 am which was perfect!!! The delivery driver showed up with 3/4 bags and my purchase was well over $100.00 plus I had a case of water. When I asked he assured me what he had was all that was given to him. So of course I contacted Customer Service they told me the driver received all my items but it looks like he stole them. They refunded me the entire order but I wanted to report the driver to Uber so I contacted the actual Decatur location to confirm all my items were actually scanned in by the shopper and everything was placed in his car. I called several times just to be placed on hold and hung up on EACH time. I even asked for a supervisor because my main goal was to hold someone accountable but I did not want to report the wrong person just in case they were just passing the blame on the Uber driver. This will be my last time ordering from this location solely on the basis they lack professionalism and the one thing they are hired to provide…. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This store does not deserve a 1 star and I will contact corporate next to report them.

This is my preferred Walmart locationI had previously shopped the Memorial Drive and Columbia location which sometimes has items that the North Decatur location does not.I agree that the underground parking is very user friendly.Pick up your "small ? cart" and take the elevator.These are few in number ?Self check out is the fastestCashier lines are longer and slower so if you're in a hurry do selfIn busy times.. .hurry up and WAIT ?
