My medicine was transferred fromCVS to Walmart on Memorial Drive because I am under a new Healthcare Plan.The Pharmist stepped in and helped me when one of the medicines was not transferred over.I felt Great knowing Walmart Pharmacy went that EXTRA MILE to help me.God, Bless

often out of stock, store hours unreliable (I've been twice during normal hours and just no one is there,) wait time on the phone and in person is usually extreme. I never leave bad reviews, but I have just had so many negative experiences getting prescriptions from here...

I've been using this pharmacy since it opened. They have experienced delays a time or two, but they've also gone above and beyond more times than I can count.

They are always out of stock with 3 of my daughter’s medications. ALWAYS! You would think since her and many other patients that probably take the same medication several times a day with large doses, that they’d order a huge load of the specific medications. But, nope. Now, I have to ration out her pills until they become available. I’m really considering switching pharmacies. I go to this one because it’s next door to my house, I know some of the workers, and I work at this Walmart, so it’s convenient. But I can’t jeopardize my daughter’s health anymore.

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever….please do not come here because the service was horrible and because she made me wait for something that usually takes minutes I could her conversations with other customers and employee…she was horrible to all of them.Bonnie

Horrible, they act like judge and jury when handing out the Covid Antiviral Pills. They don't answer the phone, just hang it up every time it rings So as a new patient you have no idea how to get your medicine if covid positive because you have to go in and show your id in order to pick up. So if you have no friends or family and have never been there before, good luck-you can't wait in the parking lot spots to get your medicine as they don't answer the phone when you call the number posted on the sign. The pharmacists are angry, unforgiving and don't have time for compassion or to listen to / understand unusual circumstances. I would even go so far as to say that this particular Walmart, by the way it is set up, and it's lack of staff plus confusing website is causing people to not have access to potentially life saving Covid medications.

The only reason I come to this one id because is close to home... But, at the same time is horrible. I called in a prescription 3 weeks ago and still didn't have it.

The management team need to step in the employees at this location have poor skills with customer service even when answering the phone.
