Extremely unprofessional photo service. I came to have passport pictures taken. When I finally found someone to help me, that person continued to take phone calls on their cell phone. Sent the picture in for my passport all to have it sent back because I had my glasses on. Shouldn’t they be the ones to know what the requirements are for a suitable passport photo?

My complaint is geared towards the Pharmacy. Why should your customers have to wait in line beyond 20 min because you only have one person working. The one pharmacy tech is answering the phone, servicing the window and the customers inside of the store. Obviously you do not value the customers if you don’t service them adequately.

Customer Service is horrible. Today I witness something just out of hand, but I will call corporate and explain. As a manger you have to be careful if someone hands you money and you sit it down on the counter back to the employee I have a serious problem with that it is so rude.

This was one of the best trips I've ever had to Walgreens. I came in late night. And Christian was amazing. He was polite; a great multitasker. Was working the front end, photo lab, and everything inbetween. Super professional! Thanks Christian!

The people are just down right rude. I have never seen people like that before it’s like they have an attitude every time you call or go in to ask a question. I can’t help if you don’t want to work there or work at all it’s not like we are coming there to play games but they do they tell lies about the time you can get your meds it like they don’t want to do what there were hired to do so they need to be courtesy understanding and caring to others and if they are having a bad day it’s not our fault

the pharmacy is horrible!! I've called this location a total of 5 times trying to call in a script for my patient each time I was on hold for 25 minutes at the least. After calling the 5th time someone with a very nasty attitude picked up the phone, stated that the pharmacist was with a patient and hung up the phone. As a nurse this is very concerning. We cannot provide top patient care with rude people and poor lines of communication.

This location gives the best customer service. Love shopping here the front end and the pharmacy is so kind . I've been coming here for years and would never shop anywhere else. Mr. Michael take items to my car if I need him to the new store manager Andrew is awesome. I see changes in the store and it's great for our neighborhood , wish they still had security felt much safer . Hopefully the company can reconsider that .
