Crystal W. is an exceptional Associate at this Walgreens! She's polite, she listens and she works to help Customers get what they came into the Store to get. She always greets me with a smile! I honestly think that Walgreens needs to appreciate their Employees more that go the extra mile and actually focus on the business' mission statement, "to champion the health and wellbeing of every community in America." Crystal exemplifies this, further than most. I've had several unpleasant experiences with some (NOT ALL) of the Pharmacists at this location but it doesn't take away from her dedication and diligence in actually going above and beyond to see that Customers are welcomed and appreciated in this store location. Despite this, I still applaud Crystal because she's the reason that I continue to spend my money at Walgreens. I do hope Walgreens' Executive Management takes note and surveys her on what she thinks needs to be changed, what she thinks that they can do better, how she feels about her role and what they can do to promote. Thank you.
On the other hand, Pharmacist Amanda B. is rude and doesn't care. Her tone is always from an annoyed place and she always looks as if you're bothering her and her customer service is horrible. I've seen other Customers have issues with her (right in front of my face) when I've come for my scripts. She's not reprimanded for her behavior and Walgreens doesn't take these complaints as serious as they need to be taken; the Regional Director said that he'd handle it but turns out I didn't hear any resolve in this and I know several Customers have complained, even before me. (Not acceptable)
However, Pharmacist Andrew is so nice and a pleasure to speak with and doesn't cut you off nor is he rude. He has good "bedside manner" and really seeks to listen and works to respond, appropriately. Thank you.

They refused to fill my prescription and lied to me and refused to return my pill list. A complete hostile attitude and I just had a seizure and I needed my seizure pills.

The pharmacist is beyond rude and needs to learn some customer service , her name is Amanda she needs to learn customer service and how to interact with general public . I called to ask if they had 2 prescriptions, before i dropped it off and had to wait on medication, she is yelling in the background to her tech , about who is that asking about medication - excuse me , did i just hear right like she is working at a fast food restaurant. she was annoyed that i was asking simply was medication in stock.
She has been reported , he attitude is disgusting

Pharmacy staff is not helpful. They would rather pass the buck and argue instead of helping resolve problems to get their customers medication. I called about a specific medication and provided a coupon that they would not use properly even with instructions. Publix is hands down a better experience.

Worst pharmacy ever! So many errors and rude employees. Every now and then I get a good one. But something massively wrong with their system and alerts as well! Will be moving back to Publix even though this is right in front of neighborhood it’s just not worth the hassle! refused to fill one RX and asked me to not call again for a few months. magically I switched mg and it was there. next time they just deleted an RX and didnt tell me. once I showed up it cuz it told me it was ready SPOILER IT WASNT and there was a major hassle with proving that I have that rx and then magically it was found. The guy pharmacist is nice and helpful everyone else is worthless!

10 stars to Andrew, the pharmacist!! He was so patient and kind and worked diligently to get our prescriptions filled. Was very busy with everything else...but was able to get filled even though our Part D insurance company made it nearly impossible!! GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!

Beware of Deceptive Practices and Constant Pressure to Apply for Credit Cards:I've been a customer at Walgreens Lavista Rd. for only a short time, but recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. It seems that every time I walk into the store, I'm bombarded with relentless requests to apply for a credit card. Not only is this annoying, but it's also indicative of the deceptive tactics being encouraged by the management. It's evident that the employees are under immense pressure from their managers to push these credit cards onto customers, regardless of whether they're interested or not. This aggressive approach creates a hostile environment and undermines the trust that customers should have in the business.Additionally, it's concerning to see how these tactics are affecting the employees. They seem visibly uncomfortable and disheartened, likely due to the coercive tactics being imposed upon them by management.I urge Walgreens to reevaluate its sales tactics and prioritize the well-being of both its customers and employees. Deceptive practices and constant pressure to apply for credit cards are not only unethical, unlawful, but also damaging to the reputation of the business. Until there's a significant change in approach, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. As highlighted within UDAAP and the Dodd-Frank Act; and under the authority of the CFPB, this is considered a third-party whistleblowing.

Alex in photo gives 5-star service. I've been in twice and he's been extremely patient and helpful. It just makes the experience of preparing photo gifts so much more fun when the staff is helpful. Thank you, Alex. You're a very kind person!

This is by far the best Walgreens. All of the associates are courteous and helpful, especially Alex. The store is always clean, and the shelves are well stocked.

I drive further to use this particular Walgreens for several reasons. It’s the most scrupulously neat & organized Walgreen’s I’ve ever been in (after using Walgreens in multiple locations), clean, very well stocked, and the staff in the store & pharmacy have always been attentive and very friendly.Yes, the prices are high, but that’s a corporate matter. The manager should be proud of how he maintains this beautiful store! (I have no affiliation with Walgreens, the manager or staff. Just a local shopper who likes to give credit where credit is due.)

Man, this place is a ripoff. I paid $34 for face cleanser and lotion. Same items are $21 from Amazon with free delivery. Plus you don't have to stand in line to check out. I'll buy my things from Amazon from now on. Wake up Walgreens. You are headed for bankruptcy!

Pickups are quick and the associates are friendly. You’re greeted when you walk in and if you ask for assistance they give it no attitude added. Store is always clean and fully stocked.

Despite what they advertise and verbally state over the phone, this location is incapable of taking passport photos for infants.
