This pharmacy is a joke... I've been trying to get a Worker's Compensation prescription filled and they kept telling me they don't see it in the system. I decided to use a different Walgreens and they had no problem seeing it. Avoid if you want your medication on time.

The 2 ladies they have working in the window and at the express check in for the pharmacy are the worst. In the drive thru I was told prescription would take 20 mins. 40 mins later, I was told they need an additional 30 mins. I waited in the parking lot for over an hour with the flu, due to their incompetence to correctly verify and provide proper wait times for prescription fills. Also, the attitudes on top of it almost sent me over the edge. DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE.

When I first began using this pharmacy several years ago, it was a breath of fresh air after horrible customer service at a CVS nearby. But this Walgreens pharmacy has steadily declined to the point that I will be moving on. In recent months wait times have become horrible. Even recently when I arrived to find myself at the head of the line, the cashier was off to the side in casual conversation for several minutes and refused to acknowledge me in any way. When the man she was conversing with pointed out that I was waiting, she still refused to greet me but told the other guy that I'd have to wait because she needed to put some prescriptions in the bins and that was more important. So she proceeded to bin the Rx's (with nobody there waiting for one) before she even made eye contact with me. She never apologized for the wait, and of course, never thanked me for my business......sadly what I've come to expect at this pharmacy. The final straw came yesterday though when a rude and arrogant technician called to say that the pharmacy would not be fulfilling the quantity of an Rx that my doctor had ordered. I mistakenly believed that she was trying to tell me that they only had a limited quantity in stock and would be temporarily filling only a partial order. But the annoyed caller impatiently spat out that NO this was not a partial fulfillment, it was all that I was going to get, ever. When I asked why that was, she hemmed and hawed about the demands for this prescription by a local hospital, and that demand for that product was high anyway, and that they had a new policy about how much they could dispense. Then she changed that story to say that it was not a new policy, and that it was not a Walgreens policy, but was their specific pharmacy policy and the only reason they had been dispensing the prescribed amount to me is that I'd been getting that amount for several years (very true), so they hadn't said anything. So what came out of this long, winding, deceptive explanation is that the pharmacy had decided I didn't need the quantity that my doctor has prescribed for years, and they were now deciding to interject themselves into my medical care to limit my access. And they were doing so by having a snarky pharm tech call to say so. If there were a concern for my health or well-being, I would have thought the pharmacist would have requested a consultation with me, and maybe asked to consult with my doctor, but rather they chose to have an obnoxious and ill-informed clerk notify me that the pharmacy had decided to supersede my doctor's treatment by dictating a new regimen. No discussion, no questions, no feedback; just "we'll do it our way now". Absolutely astounding, prejudicial and unprofessional.

The lady at the drive-thru window should find other employment if she hates her life that bad. Just a 3 minute encounter with a few simple questions from me was evidently the biggest annoyance to her. It's not like my review is unique to this location. I guess maybe after enough bad reviews someone will finally check the attitudes around this place.

This is what annoys me the most. When I got to the pharmacy counter the pharmacist Glenda asked me for my name, I told her my name. I then asked her if she wanted me to spell it for her, she ignored my question as she was typing into the computer. After checking the system and looking around for my order she told me she didn’t see it. I said again “maybe I should spell it for you”. I then proceeded to spell my name. As I’m spelling my name she cuts me off halfway through and says “ohhh ok I see what you meant now”. She checks the computer again for my order and tells me she still doesn’t see it. She then calls her coworker over and asks him to search my name and STILL proceeds to give him the wrong name. He then comes over and finally asks me to spell my name for him, I spell my name as he is typing, he waits until I finish spelling my whole name, types for a little while longer then says “okay I’m ready now, you can spell your name”. ?Just allow me to spell my name from the beginning next time and don’t ask for it until you are ready to type it.But anyway that later found out that they placed my order behind the photo counter.

This place is truly awful, there is no other way to put it. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. It’s truly astounding that a pharmacy manager could put together such a terrible group of employees in one small space. As I’m typing this, I’m waiting on them to finish filling a prescription they’ve had for four hours. It’s an antibiotic, there is no reason it should take four hours to put 10 pills in a bottle, print a label, and bag it up. Regardless, here I sit, stupidly thinking because this store was convenient, I wouldn’t be parked in front of their drive through window for forty five minutes.

Sent in a picture for a poster print and it said it would be ready the next day at 9am. I went in after I got an email that it was ready and the person told me "those emails are automated" and that they weren't accurate. Long story short, they were out of ink and couldn't print my poster I needed that day, and they didn't know when they were getting ink again.

I honestly hate doing bad reviews but their pharmacy is alarmingly bad. I have given them so many chances but they consistently drop the ball. They say they don't receive subscriptions sent from my doctors (when I can clearly see have been sent in MyChart). I have also been overcharged multiple times on medications I pick up regularly. Once I told the person behind the counter to make sure my insurance is still on file because price was incorrect and he asked if it was usually free with my insurance; I said yes so he ripped off the price tag and stapled a new one on so he can scan it for $0...without looking anything up. Seemed suspect imo. The final straw was going to pick-up my medication yesterday after receiving a call from Imani that it was ready only to be told they don't have any kind of order with my name on it. SMH.

This is the closet location to me, but as of late, I've gone out of my way to avoid this location from the pharmacy to the main store. I get that pharmacy life gets busy. I really do get it since I know a lot of pharmacy people. It irritates me that despite having a vaccine appointment, I have to wait a whole hour. This has happened multiple times. Things happen: The cars pile up. Medicine needs verification. But you don't have to have an attitude or scowl on your face. This one student tech was so rude that twice is enough for me to get my prescriptions filled elsewhere. And at the front/general area of the store... Multiple times my items have rung up incorrectly. This last time was it. Both my items failed to ring up the correct price. And the guy ringing me up was proactively talking on the phone while checking me out. Be on the phone. Whatever. But to do it while checking me out with my items having issues... And of course I have plenty more to complain. One employee was coughing to death and was wearing a mask. He should not have been working. I overheard the poor guy say he threw up. Um. I hope he feels better? But why did he even show up? And the MOD didn't think he should have been sent straight home?! #goodbye

Scheduled an appointment for a vaccine shot and an hour later, I am still waiting. Not the first time I've encountered sub par service at this location. Seek out a better Walgreen's location if you can.

I came buy to scoop up some day after Christmas deals because that's what I get excited about in my life now. The problem was that not everything was labeled correctly. We came from the Wal-Mart further down that was better organized than this place. I ended up with some cookies that clearly had Christmas tree decorations on them and was in the clearance section. It didn't ring up correctly. The cashier was on the phone the whole time. Would I come here again? No. I try to avoid CVS and Walgreens as much as I can because everything costs more than Amazon so no I have no reason to come here.

I went here to get flu shots for myself and my daughter, and we made appointments. The pharmacy was in chaos and one of the pharmacists who was the injector ignored us. The clerk made us fill out paperwork that we had already filled out online because the pharmacists "couldn't find it," and then she took about 30 minutes to put it into the system (the phone kept ringing). We waited an hour after hour appointment times and were charged $35 for my daughter's shot (she is on her dad's insurance)! I have never been to a pharmacy so disorganized, and we have never been charged for the flu shot. DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR VACCINES!

Pretty decent prices for the items they have, even better on sale!
