This is by far the best Walgreens in the Atlanta area. Sadly, the process of getting even life-sustaining monthly prescriptions from various Atlanta area Walgreens has become very difficult and frustrating. I always have to build-in about 2 weeks from first requesting the prescription to finally getting it (even with auto-refill) - with many calls, wait times, untruths in-between. It has become such a mentally painful process. However, that is not the case at this location. Respectful, courteous, understanding, encouraging, timely...all the good things! I am so relieved and appreciative. You have no idea what a relief it is to have your location as an option.

Everytime I call I have the best experience. They always have what my family and I need and they are always willing to help. I appreciate their customer service, its always top notch! Thank you guys for always providing the best service!

I went in to get advice for a BP cuff to use at home and they couldn't come from behind the counter to help. Sorry customer service. As I was leaving, I told the manager it is a shame that trained people can't come out to help you when you are asking about a piece of medical equipment. He said he could help and I just said not now you can't as I was walking out the door with a few more comments of the lazy pharmacists.... ughhhhh

Normally, there are one or two cars in the pharmacy drive through. Yesterday at around 4:00, there were six ahead of me. I waited ten minutes, but no one was served in that timeframe. I gave up. Can't go in due to disability. This is more to me than a convenience. There is one extremely nice woman who works in the pharmacy. When I do get up to the window, I always hope that I will see Claudia's smiling Facebook!
