Without a doubt the worst pharmacy ever. I will never go back here. The staff working in the pharmacy are clueless of what they’re doing. The pharmacist is rude and doesn’t know how to treat clients. She was so rude that made me to write this review. I spent almond 4 hours for them to tell me that they can’t find the antibiotic for my 8 month old baby. They told me that the system was down and somehow the prescription was lost in the system while they were having lunch!!! This is not the first time that they can’t function and find a prescription and instead of apologizing they are being rude. I want to know who hires these people? Thank God she is just a pharmacist and she doesn’t work in an ER or not a surgeon otherwise the patient will definitely die due to her being and the staff being a slug!

My daughter and I went here to get flu shots, and we had appointments and filled out paperwork online. The pharmacy was in chaos. The clerk made us fill out paperwork that we had already filled out online because the pharmacists "couldn't find it," and then she took about 30 minutes to put it into the system (the phone kept ringing). The pharmacist ignored our appt time and kept taking phone calls, so we waited an hour after our original appointment times to get injected and were charged $35 for my daughter's shot (she is on her dad's insurance)! I have never been to a pharmacy so disorganized, and we have never been charged for the flu shot. DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR VACCINES!

I needed to get a flu shot and COVID booster for my three year old, I called Walgreens and asked specifically if they would do vaccines for a child her age, and I was told yes. We arrive for the appt and we are then told that they won't do vaccines on any children under 5. Big waste of time, and an unnecessary delay in getting my daughter her vaccines because apparently nobody at Walgreens knows their own policies.

I've never experienced such terrible service at a pharmacy. Every single month I deal with the run around of not being able to get anyone on the phone, being hung up on, and being put on hold the second the phone starts to dial. EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I'm treated like a criminal for trying to get my f***ing medication I'm prescribed!!!! It's absolutely absurd behavior. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix or literally ANYWHERE ELSE that you can get your prescriptions filled. It's INSANE!! Walgreens, get your sh!t together!!!!!

Lazy employee violating HIPPA. On 8/11 around 12:20 I made several attempts to contact the pharmacy. They staff would pick up the phone and leave it off the hook (happened several times). While they had me off the hook you could clearly hear them discussion personal confidential information with customers. Date of birth, last 4 of social, names, address, what prescription they are on, etc. I waited on hold and they never came back so clearly it was call avoidance.

I was on Round 2 of antibiotics for a miserable and lingering sinus infection. The doctor prescribed a REALLY powerful antibiotic at a dosage that my pharmacy did not have in stock. They ordered the antibiotic, though, and it was to be back in stock by Monday (it was Friday). I was so miserable that I couldn't wait that long to start the meds. My Walgreens helped me find a nearby Walgreens that DID have the medication at the proper dosage. When they couldn't get me the whole week's worth of meds, my Walgreens showed up for me and got me the rest of the medication. I took my last dose today and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! My Walgreens is at 585 DeKalb Industrial Way in Decatur, GA. They are amazing and really a great team of people! I would highly recommend!

The 5 stars is solely for the employees that work here serving their community: My husband and I went to go get passport photos taken here today & we actually had a great time. No thrills & frills -- just chill workers making sure we get what we need taken care of. It felt like everyone who worked here was really just good vibes. I took the last Coke Zero today though. Felt lucky.0 stars to Walgreens corporation for restricting reproductive freedom!!!!!

Absolutely sickening experience. I was trying to fill a prescription that's hard to find due to supply chain issues atm. After checking several pharmacies, this place told me that they had it. I waited 2 hours as requested and came back. The script was for 2 separate pills. They told me they had one ready but were waiting on the other, so I waited an additional 20 minutes.Then it was oops just kidding! We never had the second pill to begin with. This is medication that I'm prescribed to take daily, and this was precious time I could have spent looking for it elsewhere. The pharmacist wasn't even apolegetic for the epic incompetence of his staff and self. Despite the difficulties I've run into with this medication before, I've never been told a pharmacy had it when they didn't, and then been made to wait. And due to the issues in finding it, I've prob been to like 100 pharmacies in the area. Everything felt so shade and unprofessional at that point, and I wasn't sure what I had to do to protect myself moving forward - it wasn't like I trusted them to tell me. The script I needed to take back had been written on, handled, and I'd gotten a sinking feeling when the guy in front of me was complaining about the same thing beforehand, like this is routine at this trash pharmacy. I asked for the pharmacist's name, and he literally hid his badge from me. Neb is all I got. Then he Threatened me!!! "Pharmacists have egos you know." Wtf is the implication of that? He cares more about that than patient care or customer service? I don't know if pharmacists take a Hippocratic Oath or not, but I think it's still implied that, you know, they should care more about the fact that lives are in their hands than their egos. I beg anyone else who has a similar issue to report it. I'm doing it on every and any platform that I can. This man should absolutely not be in healthcare.

This is the Worst. Walgreens. Ever. We got in the drive thru line for COVID tests at 11:55 am. By 12:15 pm, they ask what we are there for (2 cars originally in front). We have 4 COVID tests appointment scheduled, one for 12 noon, 12:15, 12:30, and 12:45 pm. They tell us they can only run two tests at a time. At this point it is 12:28. We have been in line for 30 minutes. They tell us they can only test two of us, and we will need to circle back around the drive thru. Since I have to go to work, I agree, but husband is stuck in the line from hell waiting to get the two kids tested. Erick, the manager of Pharmacy was no help either. Please just Donny waste you time coming to this Walgreens. This is my first 1 star review ever, so please regard this as a warning to your valuable time. Just. Don't. Go. There. They do not provide service. They provide a disservice.

Shoutout Neftali G!! Outstanding customer service!! After visiting and calling several other Walgreens to find a specific baby formula, I was desperate. For those of you that have been there, you know how crazy all that can get. This young man answered my phone call at 11:30pm (30 minutes before close) and was incredibly nice, personable and efficient from start to finish. The app was saying that several locations had it in stock, when they didn't. He went above and beyond for this mama and I greatly appreciate his kindness and understanding. He not only advised me to put in a pickup order, but said if I could be there within 20 minutes, he'd fill it for me to pickup. Even though I was unable to go that evening, he went above and beyond for me and I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Thank you!!
