This location gives the best customer service. Love shopping here the front end and the pharmacy is so kind . I've been coming here for years and would never shop anywhere else. Mr. Michael take items to my car if I need him to the new store manager Andrew is awesome. I see changes in the store and it's great for our neighborhood , wish they still had security felt much safer . Hopefully the company can reconsider that .

This has got to be the only pharmacy that has people place a prescription refill at the drive through wimdow and habe the customer sit there and wait on it to be filled!Make ot make sense!!!!Have the person come back to pick it up when ready and take the next customer!!!The inside is no different. Pharmacy closes at 8pm and I arrived at 7:10pm and it's 7:51pm and there's still 2 cars in front of me!!Wish it had been finished earlier.

I have never experienced customer service like this from a pharmacy. I have been on hold/hung up while trying to get the status of my medication that I need to treat my chronic illness. I’ve been calling for over 2 hours now and haven’t had any luck speaking to anyone at the pharmacy because they are so quick to put you on hold without even letting you get a word in! I understand that pharmacies can get busy but the staff is so rude when it’s not even your fault! I just don’t understand why even bother working in the medical field if you are going to have that kind of attitude towards people. Even after getting through to someone the gentleman that answered didn’t allow me to ask questions regarding my prescriptions instead he placed me on another hold after trying to rush me off the phone. I am definitely switching to another pharmacy after this incident because they are like this all the time. If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately Google doesn’t allow you to….

If I could give this location no stars, I would. They are sooooo unprofessional and lazy. I had a prescription transferred and was told I could pick it up in 30mins. I called at 11AM and it’s 4:02PM. They still haven’t filled my prescription for ONE PILL. They joke and play around instead of working. I won’t be coming back here.

I wish I could give zero stars. I don't know who is was working the drive through but I had called 10 mins prior to my visit. Whoever answered the phone told me to come through the drive through to pick it up. So when I picked it up it was their lunch and the person literally YELLED with the worst attitude that they were on break until 2 pm. For context it was at 1:53pm when I pulled up. As if I was pushing the button several times or had been banging on the window. That's no way to treat anyone. No where was it even disclosed when lunch breaks were and the person over the phone did not let me know. This review is really for management. I hope you demand better from your employees. It would have been cool if they just told me to come back at two but that was just unnecessary.

Very rude over the phone as if your bothering them.. I actually had my meds switched to this because I never dealt with Kroger but now I’m thinking I will after all.

Don’t deal with this pharmacy at all.. they need a whole new staff over there.. They talk to u over the phone as if you’re bothering them and that’s after you waited forever .. go to the phone on Panola or just deal with Kroger

It's close so late nights I don't really have better options nearby besides this and Kroger tbh they are just slow to do everything. The associates could careless they move like they ready to leave 24/7. The Walgreens ain't the problem that starts with management

Always a long wait, even after I have called and found out my prescription is ready. The drive through has a sign at the window “ No Service at the drive through” Walgreens brought out Rite-Aid and my prescription got transferred to this Walgreens. I must find another pharmacy.... Service is horrible.
