If I could give this location no stars, I would. They are sooooo unprofessional and lazy. I had a prescription transferred and was told I could pick it up in 30mins. I called at 11AM and it’s 4:02PM. Very rude over the phone as if your bothering them.. I actually had my meds switched to this because I never dealt with Kroger but now I’m thinking I will after all.

Don’t deal with this pharmacy at all.. they need a whole new staff over there.. They talk to u over the phone as if you’re bothering them and that’s after you waited forever .. go to the phone on Panola or just deal with Kroger
