If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The air conditioner that she said she would turn on remotely when we got in the building NEVER got turned on the whole night we we there. The small unit she had in the back did nothing. The fans felt like they weren’t even on! Terrible to dripping sweat at your wedding reception. All my guests were hot. There was so much confusion and misunderstandings with the “manager” that it made me want to cancel but didn’t want to forfeit my $450 deposit. She wants the full amount paid before a contract is even signed. Very money hungry and unprofessional. She has an attitude which makes you not want to communicate with her. Our event start time was 7pm, she “didn’t recall” telling us 3x we could come at 5pm to set up and when there was an alarm problem, she then stated we went too early and would have to leave early or pay an extra $200. We made the best out of our night but I would never book here again !

Definitely recommend this venue!! Had my 25th Birthday Dinner/Party! The price was great for 8 hours! The owners were very helpful and informative! Love the space and it’s in a great location! Thank you for allowing me and my friends and family to celebrate at your venue. Definitely book with VIP Studios!

I didnt want to give any stars. My best friend had her 15year vow renewal here. The venue itself wasnt bad but the air didn't work. That trumped EVERYTHING else. They had some small air conditioning unit in the very front of the room that did absolutely nothing for this room. They should be ashamed of themselves! Everyone was fanning, wedding party all had sweat dripping down there face. My God we couldn't even get a decent picture inside. People started leaving because it was so hot in there. When she booked it was winter so she couldnt tell that there was no air until the day of the wedding rehearsal which was dead summer. Too late by then

The place is cool for those who not doing a big party & having alot of guests. Its in a small space where there's no good lighting when it gets dark.

I rented this venue to celebrate my 50th birthday and when I say the experience was great! Michelle thank you for all of your awesome hospitality. Nice intimate party venue along with a soft pretty night ambiance. Will most definitely rent again!!

The owner is a rip off and tried to charge you for late exit fees. They work well with people they know but try to get over others. I don't think they are monitoring their cameras or he is just trying to get more $ out of people by making excuses. He has a response for everything as if he is doing you a favor. I rented some stuff from another company to do my event and they are holding a few of the stuff hostage saying that they don't have it and won't communicate with me so I can go check myself. He said that I checked out past the 30 minutes and it's registered on my phone that I called at 11:21 when I locked the door and called him to confirm. He was supposed to deliver the stuff and offered to when I could have done it myself since I was off that day. He never delivered the stuff and tried to stay in left the stuff everywhere but he had no proof to back it up. I stacked everything. He's a liar and pick and chooses who to take advantage of. They also want all their money upfront way ahead of time and then changes what they say as time get closer to the event. Go figure!

Pricing is affordable but ventilation is HORRIBLE during hotter weather. Just HORRID. Don't expect your deposit back they will make up lies to keep it even with proof of your own pictures.

VIP Studios is a great tucked away venue just outside Atlanta, GA. They have a wonderful and flexible management staff and a great price for any event!

This place is awesome it's worth every penny you spend. The parking lot is big and and the inside is enough space for a good crowd.
