I wanted to review the service I received today. I was disappointed last month with my pedicure and believe I should have gotten a refund. Today, I had a wonderful pedicure along with my SNS nails. The pedicure technician used clean equipment, gave a great massage and I love the way he shaped and polished my toes. I wish I knew his name but he and Cami did an excellent job. Thank you!
The tech that did my pedicure seemed inexperienced. She seemed to work hard but practically no massage. Cami had to show her how to wrap my legs with the hot towel and she had trouble polishing my nails. Cami took over polishing and in the process, the polish was too thick. I stayed for extra time to dry but had to return to get two repolished. The big toe is still not polished smoothly. I will continue to use Cami but no more pedicures. I paid $45 for this pedicure. I should get a refund and Viet should make sure all techs are skilled to do the nails. I've been coming for more than four years. I'm disappointed.

Kelli did a lovely and exacting job on my nails. Will def use again
Cleanliness: Took appropriate cautions after I told her I had a wart that might be replicating. All steps taken to protect me, future clients, and employees. Weren't mean or obnoxious about it, but much discussion, in Vietnamese, took place while changes were being incorporated. Not a bad thing

I will no longer go to this Traditional Viet nail shop in Decatur to get my nails done because they don't use new Supply Nails, they use paraffin used by someone else and use it for me. Supply Nails nurses reuse Acetone, why is it pink because they nail Dip nails for many customers and have been reused many times. Chair Spa and the foot bath are too old and not clean. I accidentally heard them talking to each other. The shop owner took away 3$ from each nail technician. Every time a technician does a service for a customer, the shop owner takes $3 from each nail technician for each service so why not buy new tools to provide new nails for customers? The nail service of the viet traditional decatur shop owner is not worthy to serve customers because it is not hygienic and safe for customers because they use reusable nail supplies many times while this shop owner has Take $3 from each nail technician for each service if the shop owner does not use new supplies to serve customers and still denies it. I will return to do nail services at Viet traditional decatur. I really hope the shop owner will have new change and I also wish good health for all customers who have been and customers who will come to Viet Traditional Nails decatur in the future

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I thought it would be a pleasant experience, it wasn’t. When I arrived, there was no one there being serviced, just two ladies who worked there. The lady doing my pedicure had something on her hands on glove that was literally scratching my leg up!!! I asked her multiple times to see what it was, she nor the lady who was simultaneously doing my nails could “understand me” and so they just kept laughing and speaking to each other in another language. Finally I pulled my leg back and they brought over a young man who spoke better English who told them what I was saying but they still did nothing until AFTER the massage. So once you stop rubbing me is when you decide to fix the problem?the lady who originally greeted me went so far as to ask me how many children I have? Such a stereotypical question!! She wouldn’t answer me when I asked her. She also was commenting on my body, etc but they couldn’t speak well enough English to service me well. No one gave me a color option wheel until after I’d asked 3 times. But the worst part of it all is my gel polish started chipping and cracking after TWO DAYS!!!! I paid $95 for my service and here again, I gotta find somewhere else to get my nails done. These nail shop in Atlanta are pure trash!!!!! Oh and she cut my nails WAY down. Only good thing was it was clean & nice relaxing music playing in the background. Outside of that, there was nothing pleasant about the experience.

I will absolutely Not be coming back here...$50 for a 10 min pedicure, w/ a tired massage.....They went up on the prices just to continue those tired services is disrespectful. Expensive with under quality services.
However, the atmosphere was relaxing & the place seemed clean. 2 stars for that.

I've been a regular at Viet Traditional Nails in Decatur for several years, and I can't recommend this place enough! The salon is always really clean and it has a relaxing atmosphere. They also recently introduced a discount after 10 visits.
The team here is incredibly skilled, especially when it comes to dip nails. They consistently do an excellent job, making sure that my nails look perfect without being too bubbly. Also, as someone who just started getting her nails done in the past few years, they are always patient with explaining what would be best for the look that I'm going for whether it's gel, dip, or acrylic.
Highly recommend!
Shout out to Cammy, Kelly, and all the nail techs that have done such a good job on my nails!
Quick tip: Weekdays towards the end of the week and weekends can get very busy, so if it fits with your schedule, I'd recommend coming earlier in the week or calling ahead to see whether the salon is busy.
Specialties: Cammy is very talented and is capable of recreating almost anything that you can find on TikTok, Instagram, etc. From hand painting nail art to applying foils and gems, so far it seems like she can do it all!
Cleanliness: They are very hygienic here. After using the manicure tools, they immediately go back into disinfectant if they are reusable pieces. For manicures and pedicures, they open a new bag of tools every time.

The atmosphere was beyond superb. They had such a genuine kindness to them and the nail and eyebrow services I rescued was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend coming!
