I attribute the entirety of my positive experience to the representative named Hope. When she discovered the phone I wanted was not in stock, Hope checked multiple locations until she located it. I purchased the phone and came back to the store to find her happy to help me transfer my data from the old phone and answer questions I had. Bravo, Hope! I should have invited you to my church!

Came here to set up my new iPhone that I specifically asked the staff member if this was necessary and especially for future notice. She said yes but after speaking with a friend who had the same phone, turns out I could have saved myself the $30 and do it at home. It was even more hassle because none of my apps transferred my login information so I had to reset all of my passwords. Overall, the staff were nice and the establishment was clean. But I do wish I saved myself the hassle, time, and money by doing it myself had I been properly informed.

The manager Trish had a terrible behavior and treated me and my husband bad. Made us wait for 1 hours in vain and then told us. Do it yourself online.

The service model of this store is inefficient. The customer walks in and expected to trust that one of the associates will assist or communicate when they will be assisted. Took 10 mins to be acknowledged and once I was in the queue, things moved rather quickly. The gentleman who "helped" me was patient up to a point but left to go to lunch after charging me a service fee without communicating with his associates about my situation before he left. I get that I was on the phone with customer we service but shouldn't have been charged for the service that I later had to do myself over the phone. Service felt dismissive, disorganized and commission driven..

How can Verizon rationalize decent customer service at this store?Every single time I come here, the wait times are Unbelievable.My needs are typically minimal.Upgrading to an iPhone from my Android.Took forever. So we ended up doing it from home.Also, back in the store to transfer my son to my account.Again, long wait times.One guy states that he only does ‘business accounts’.And then proceeds to talk to someone on the phone instead of telling me what I need to do to take care of it.Idk…maybe because I’m in the military that I don’t do nonsense.

I got there said hello and said I want to get a new phone. The lady who is checking me in asks me where I am from and then laughs! And like why are you laughing?! She says “you have a strong accent” !! Seriously?! Making fun of my accent (or nationality?!) Not acceptable! I was really offended.

They “open” at 10 but I was waiting an hour at the door, along with 3 other customers, while 2 employees were hiding inside and opened the door at 11am. They offered no explanation for why they kept the doors closed for an hour.The representative helping me wouldn’t let me replace a faulty SIM card without being an “authorized user” even though my name and phone number are on the family account. She had me call the other person the account but was incapable of walking him through how to add me as a user online (seems like that should be a min requirement for working in a Verizon store), forcing him to have to come into the actual store. It was a complete waste of time given that they never even checked his ID when he came… could have easily been done over the phone instead.This is why I absolutely hate stepping into phone stores. Huge waste of time and lack of competence.The gentleman who eventually helped me replace the SIM was kind and helpful but it should not have taken 2 hours to get this done.

The worst Verizon location period !! I waited for an extremely long time and then left and then came back just for the sales associate to put other people before me. Will never visit this location again.

Lauryn (sp) was absolutely awesome and helped my college freshman daughter get her phone set up and had us back on track in under 15 minutes tonight! She's a total superhero, and we had a 5star experience at this store because of her professionalism, humor, and kindness!

I went in to upgrade my Android phone and was pretty satisfied with the Customer service until I realized that the Setup & Go Service which I paid for was a major inconvenience for it to be completed that afternoon. I had to go back to the store to complete the service, only to realize my old phone was already sent back. The store Manager stepped in and offered to give me credit for the incomplete job and inconvenienceThank you!

They were not busy, but seemed understaffed. Regardless within 20 minutes I was being helped and they solved a problem that phone support and chat could not resolve.Overall porting to Verizon has been a bad experience where one number did not work for over 2 days and they signed me up for a much more expensive plan than I purchased. Only 2 stars for Verizon overall

Donald, the manager, helped me out with a new cell phone activation. He was patient and professional, even though it was a boring job and he wasn't going to make any money. The process was successful. Thank you very much, Donald and Verizon.
