I hate to do this but Verizon has really gone down the toilet, customer service reps at the store were very nice and polite, but the company as a whole is shady at best and totally dishonest and manipulative without any way to fight back. Somehow $45/m became $79/line on 4 lines, and the credits and everything are not applied correctly on top of that, it is beyond infuriating to solve these problems too... I'm going to figure out a way out of this, but don't have high hopes. The store reps didn't have any sway on this and couldn't make any promises of what the end result would be, so there is no real help to get the heavily advertised prices or deals...

Chris at Verizon in Decatur repaired my relationship with Verizon today! Not only do I have a personal account with Verizon, but the company I work for as well, we have a business account with Verizon. Customer service online and over the phone has been terrible, until today! Chris made this difference and I am grateful that I got to work with him today! If you need the network of Verizon, but are at your last straw with Verizon’s customer service, see Chris! His expertise and care for you, the customer, is pure and genuine!
Thank you Chris for your help today and helping me to leave Verizon with a pleasant and delightful experience that will not be forgotten!

Apple-like set up with walmart level service. I was there to drop off a trade-in phone fro 10 min and this woman was yapping with a guy deliverying lunch whole time. Other three guys were tied up with customers and there were 3-4 others waiting. I got out and dropped off the phone at UPS. Verizon stores should hire people who are able and willing to work rather than pretending to be an upscale store which it is not.

Courtney made this the best experience of our 20 years as Verizon customers. She was kind, patient and helped us find the plan that was most beneficial to us. She went above and beyond spending as much time as we needed answering our questions. We never felt like we were inconveniencing her!

Paid to call canada. After Verizon got paid they could not get my phone fixed. Said to call. Good luck with that. They suck

I attribute the entirety of my positive experience to the representative named Hope. When she discovered the phone I wanted was not in stock, Hope checked multiple locations until she located it. I purchased the phone and came back to the store to find her happy to help me transfer my data from the old phone and answer questions I had. Bravo, Hope! I should have invited you to my church!

Came here to set up my new iPhone that I specifically asked the staff member if this was necessary and especially for future notice. She said yes but after speaking with a friend who had the same phone, turns out I could have saved myself the $30 and do it at home. It was even more hassle because none of my apps transferred my login information so I had to reset all of my passwords. Overall, the staff were nice and the establishment was clean. But I do wish I saved myself the hassle, time, and money by doing it myself had I been properly informed.

The service model of this store is inefficient. The customer walks in and expected to trust that one of the associates will assist or communicate when they will be assisted. Took 10 mins to be acknowledged and once I was in the queue, things moved rather quickly. The gentleman who "helped" me was patient up to a point but left to go to lunch after charging me a service fee without communicating with his associates about my situation before he left. I get that I was on the phone with customer we service but shouldn't have been charged for the service that I later had to do myself over the phone. Service felt dismissive, disorganized and commission driven..
