Came here to set up my new iPhone that I specifically asked the staff member if this was necessary and especially for future notice. She said yes but after speaking with a friend who had the same phone, turns out I could have saved myself the $30 and do it at home. It was even more hassle because none of my apps transferred my login information so I had to reset all of my passwords. Overall, the staff were nice and the establishment was clean. But I do wish I saved myself the hassle, time, and money by doing it myself had I been properly informed.

The associates are really kind whenever you get to one. It is normally a long wait. It seems be a this is the closest store in that particular area there are more customers than the number of associates to help. I always wondered, what are they really doing to take so long, but I hate lines and stuff too. All in all nice people just a poor attention rate.

Lauryn (sp) was absolutely awesome and helped my college freshman daughter get her phone set up and had us back on track in under 15 minutes tonight! She's a total superhero, and we had a 5star experience at this store because of her professionalism, humor, and kindness!

Donald & Ray gave great customer service! They didn't have me there for too long, & i'm overly satisfied with my experience and service. Will be back! If you need to come to verizon, and you're looking for a thorough explanation and great service this verizon is the best!

WOW! Verizon and I have often had a love-hate relationship, but I am giving credit where credit is due today! My grandmother accidentally left her phone in a restaurant restroom today, and by the time we realized it, her iPhone 6S Plus was long gone. Since we do not have a landline, it is imperative that my grandmother always have a phone with her to communicate with family, doctors, etc. We walked in on a rainy afternoon and my grandmother was visibly upset about the series of events that had occurred earlier in the day. We were quickly greeted by staff, and were introduced to Dee after waiting less than 5 minutes. Dee was extremely professional, but also extremely passionate and understanding towards my grandmother. My grandmother also was not feeling well after a long day, so she asked Dee if we could move things along as quickly as possible. Dee quickly consulted us about what phone we wanted to get, the color, the case, etc. I think we were in and out in about 20 minutes or so. Thank you, Dee! I am usually hesitant to go into the brick and mortar Verizon store because of my past in-store experiences, but not any longer!

GREETINGS TO WHOM IT CONCERNS: @ Verizon Wireless 2570 Blackmon Drive Decatur GA QUESTION: What's In It For Me [WIIFM]? OWNING THE SCENARIO: I clearly arrived to your location after hours on July 2, 2019 {approximately 7:45PM}; that's on me. THE MANAGER darts to the back room when I parked in front of the store location. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE standing plainly in view wouldn't approach the front door to even remotely inquire as to the reason for my after hours visit. As I'm standing outside the front door, I witness THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE walk to the back room ... the area where THE MANAGER disappeared to only moments prior. I am only to surmise that THE MANAGER tells THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE not to answer the door ... *** "WE'RE CLOSED" *** CUSTOMERS are still inside the store receiving assistance & "YES" -- again, I get it -- your shop closes at 7PM. ** BUT LET'S NOT FORGET ** WIIFM MY GOAL was a "lay up" of a commissionable sales purchase. I was not window shopping. LET'S REVIEW THE LOGIC OF SALES SHALL WE & WIIFM: In the amount of time these TWO "REPRESENTATIVES" spent dodging me they would have turned a buck for themselves & the organization; effectively ending each of their working shifts on the most positive of notes. A WISE MAN ONCE SAID: "My pocket has never been so crowded by a DOLLAR BILL that it couldn't make room for another one [DOLLAR BILL]" YELP RATING: I would have given both of these TWO "REPRESENTATIVES" ZERO STARS or less if there were such a rating available ... and solely judging this perhaps "one-off" encounter in isolation. THE MORAL OF THIS STORY: While the scenario laid out here is no doubt laughable ... ... the lack of anything remotely resembling a sales focus by these TWO "REPRESENTATIVES" -- in this particular instance -- clearly is not & by heavy contrast, your store is receiving yet another in a growing list of negative consumer criticisms. #REMEDIES

What a wonderful experience I had at this store (twice) and it's literally because of Donnie. Donnie is incredibly honest, patient, and fully attentive. He gave me all my options and saved me from spending hundreds of dollars. He answered all of my questions, he showed me multiple options and was incredibly friendly while doing it. The store was clean, the feeling was relaxed - but honestly, it's been a very long time since I have come across someone that has immaculate customer service. I can give Donnie five stars honestly.

I purchased a pair of headphones less than a month ago from the store.They are a pair of wired Apple earbuds. Almost 2 weeks into using them they were completely useless. Visited them today and was told I was out of luck and that I should visit the Apple Store since they were Apple products. I can't believe how callous and in different the female manager was. The only recourse is/was to do is a chargeback. No customer service. I have been a customer of Verizon wireless since 2003 not happy at all.

Went here in their first week open just to get a SIM card for my new phone I bought on Amazon cause my old SIM didn't fit it. This is a free service for customers that already have Verizon, but Aaron and Tiffany were genuinely nice and very helpful in taking care of me. They let me know about the recent opening and the grand opening festivities that weekend, and offered to help me with any other services I might need while there, including possibly finding an employee discount from my employer for my bill. I was in a hurry and only got the SIM card like I needed but I appreciated their engagement and offers to help or provide other services without feeling like I was being pushed.
