Looooooooong lines out the door. ALWAYS! They’ve only had one or two people working the counter for the past four or five years which makes no sense. This is the post office that serves my community but I gladly travel to any other post office to conduct business. This location needs to be shut down and undergo some serious inspections. The thievery that goes on and nastiness of the place should embarrass anyone who works here.

I am here right now. 8/17 @12:22 pm. It says they close at 1pm. YET THEY HAVE THE DOORS LOCKED AND SAY THEY ARE CLOSED ALREADY. There's a parking lot full of people pulling up and trying to access the inside but the door is locked. This place is unprofessional and not dependable. I need my mail. I travel for work and count on this place being open when it's supposed to be. We're all just trying to use services that SHOULD be open at this time according to the hours posted.

Slower than any mail service I have ever seen. I have lived in 3 states. Decatur Ga. Is totally ridiculous.

(-) Employee was having bad day perhaps but didn’t say one word to me other then “next” . I did attempt to ask, ”how are you” or “have a good day” and I got no response.
(+) Service was fast, no line.
(-) Location not that well kept up with. Trash cans full and mess on tables.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent issue with mail delivery at my residence. For the past two weeks, I have not received any mail or packages, and I was not informed of any discrepancies by USPS. Upon contacting the customer service helpline, I discovered that my packages have been returned to the sender.
At no point did the carrier leave a notice or make any attempt to inform anyone at my residence that the car needed to be moved in order to facilitate mail delivery. It is important to note that the mail had been delivered without issue until two weeks ago, despite the car being in the same position for the past six months.
During a conversation with Ms Williams, the manager, I was questioned about why I allowed someone to leave with the car key instead of addressing the situation. Additionally, Ms Williams mentioned that the carrier claimed to have tried to contact us regarding the need to move the car. However, no such contact was made, and I find this lack of communication and professionalism deeply troubling.
I also spoke with another manager, who was unfortunately unable to provide any assistance. The level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff at this office has been highly unsatisfactory.
I will be going higher up with my complaints. It’s too much fraud happening in Atlanta for someone to be not delivering mail appropriately. Again the car is not blocking the box. Lazy piece of work

I call several times to let them know that the post truck Carrier has not been in our community for 3 to 4 days, and yet they came on July the 24th,2024 @ 11:27am set there for 7 minutes and pulled off they didn't.Get out the vehicle, didn't put give any mail to any of the mailboxes.This is so unProfessional...... Listening to much just setting there...and we paying taxes for this shit?☹️????... we're is there supervisor?? ?????? So we're complaining since still nothing happened.People are looking for bill's checks.All types of things and they are delaying everybody's services.By not getting out of their trucks or not coming to complexes in days and i'm sure it is out of the wesley chapel location... Because I live in Spring Creek apartments.And I am looking out my window.I can see the mailbox and I can see every vehicle that comes and go.And I have not seen , do the us postal deliver anything...

Very unprofessional, young lady chewing gum the whole time she was talking to me. As I was watching her she never greeted any customer. Just wow; I guest the post office hire anyone.

The line is always out the door and one cashier why . You all always have a hiring sign on the door but not for this location. I have a post office box at this location since 2011 . It does not make any sense.

I'm not sure what's going on with this location. It's Saturday morning after 9:00 am. and they're still not open. Business hours are from 9:00 am till 1:00 pm. on Saturdays. There's a line outside the door with employees inside. I haven't been receiving my mail, that's why I came by to see what's going on. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

This Post Office sucks. My company never gets mail on basic day. If our normal person is out we want get our mail. I have package I been waiting on and they decided to delivery it outside of business hours and stated they couldn't get in. I guess not we are close. Now on hold to speak with customer services they saying it will be about 15 min before someone to pickup.

I over nighted a letter from atlanta to Decatur(less than 30 miles). It's been 3 days and the letter still hasn't been delivered. This is one of the lowest and worst post offices on the planet. The management need Tobe fired. I literally see them delivering mail at 9pm at night sometimes. I wonder if this happens in the white people neighborhood? I hate to say but if our people are in charge of ANYTHING, it's going to be messed up. I could have walked the packaged to it's destination faster. If I'm getting my mail at 9pm, then who's getting their mail at 9am? They probably don't start delivering until 2pm. This is what happens when you hire people into management positions based off race and gender alone.
