This location should be fined. Every time that I’ve gone here in the past 2 years or so, doesn’t matter what day of the week when they are supposed to be open, they are closed. I’ve never seen anything like it. PATHETIC

I normally do not complain or make bad reviews. But I shouldn't have wait in line 30 minutes to an hour to retrieve mail that should be put in my P.O. Box, that I PAY UPWARDS $200 PER YEAR for and don't even have 24-hour access to. This has been ongoing for the past few months. I own a business and receive checks via P.O. Box. I expressed my concerns and the customer service rep/cashier says "You just have to wait until they put the mail in the Box." I replied, "months?" and she just shrugs her shoulders. She was rude from the time I approached the register. That's absurd. Not to mention I never received 2 other mailed check payments from a vendor due to this post office's incompetence. Sadly, I will have to re-route my business address of over 20 years due to this neglectful staff. Such an inconvenience.

^I drove a long way to check on my mail. And found that I was unable to enter the lobby because the door was locked. 3 more people weren't happy about it, too. Why was it locked?

Worst post office, they lost a package I dropped up. They gave me the complete run around & they’re lazy! They move very slow!

has to be the only post office in America without an external mailbox drop off point outside of the building… There is nowhere to drop off mail other than points inside, but they close at 4 PM every day… Absolutely horrible…
How is someone that works a regular 9 to 5 job supposed to drop mail off in this area?

It's 12:45 pm and I just walked out this place on a Saturday. The Google profile information for this location says it closes today at 1 pm yet they have already closed early. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because this is unacceptable, worthless, and lazy. I guess I can't expect much when I stop in certain neighborhoods.

Came to post office at 1 and they were closed. I came back at 201 the post office still was closed. At 214 someone finally came and lifted up the gate. No apologies or nothing just I'm the only one here. So unprofessional. It's always something with this location and today I will speak about it

The meanest post office ive ever been to…. It’s honestly one of the meanest businesses I’ve ever been to. It’s always understaffed and the staff is just rude and nasty ALL the time.

I arrived at 12:30 pm, there are 3 people in line and the clerk says that they are closed. Google says they close at 1 pm. I said what time do you close, she said now. I said for future references, what time do you close on Saturdays, she said be her before 12. Horrible customer service.

It’s always an issue when I come to ANY usps. The employees happily tell you no and make any excuse that will have an outcome where you have to come back, go somewhere else, redo a label, etc. they are like mean cafeteria ladies. I’m always there to just do 1-2 Amazon returns and everytime it’s “we don’t take that barcode” — how so? Why would Amazon send it to me and say return to USPS just for you all to not take them? USPS is trash. I prefer UPS STORE EVERY TIME.

I arrived today at 12:30pm and the clerk refuse to help anyone else. This location is listed to close at 1:00pm. Very disappointed at this location. I will never visit this location again.

I walked in at 12:35 knowing that they close at 1. The ‘lady’ told me they’re closing early because she’s by herself. She’s by herself every time I go in there, and I’m not understanding how that means she needs to turn customers away 25 minuted before the posted closing time. This place gets terrible reviews, but nobody cares enough to change the way they operate. Stop being lazy and do your job until the posted closing time!

Tis place closes at 4pm and closes at 12pm for lunch I know they have to have lunch but why close the whole post office for lunch and they are so slow it took me 15 minutes to find out about a package that was suppose to be delivered
