USPS has become one of the most laziest delivery companies ever. For the last 2 weeks, I haven't received any of my Amazon packages or my mail. I was expecting my daughter’s SSI letter in the mail on May 21st, and I never gotten it. I was suppose to get 2 packages from Amazon today, it says it was delivered at 6:48pm this evening, but it’s not there. I will be at the post office tomorrow morning because this ridiculous!! I’m not sure if there’s a new carrier on the route, but something gotta give cause I can’t keep missing mail. I wish Amazon would quit using USPS to deliver packages
UPDATE: I am missing yet another package. Says it was delivered to my mailbox June 18th, and it’s not there. It was a small package that could have fit in the box….Today is June 26th and it still didn’t show up. I’ll be at the post office this morning. I’m so sick of USPS.
UPDATE AGAIN August 8th 2024: one Package says it was delivered, and it’s not even in my mailbox. It’s a small bag with a doll in it that can easily fit in the mailbox and yet it’s not there…Another package I was suppose to receive today, the mailman marked it as “undeliverable due to animals”…I DON’T HAVE ANY PETS!!! I have a doorbell camera, and the mailman didn’t even come to my porch or through my complex…I’d know if he did since my doorbell and outside camera is facing the complex entrance. The mailman is literally lying on notices just so he won’t have to work overtime at night to deliver packages that were suppose to be delivered today..The package is literally a small bag that can fit inside my box. I’m so freaking tired of USPS. Whomever is over the USPS needs to seriously fire everybody at this location and hire folks who actually wants to do their jobs.. I hate when I order stuff and USPS is the ones who deliver it.. yall need to do better.

Worst service. I came to pick up my package which was returned to the sender without my knowledge or being delivered. The employee over here refused to give me the package as I came to pick it up. He said that it is being returned to the sender and my package is stuck since weeks.

An absolute mess filled with incompetent idiots. Every individual in this poorly ran office should be fired. How do you lose a certified letter? How do you lose a package? Delivering packages is your main responsibility. How do you immediately return an item to sender claiming my address couldn't be determined....LIES!

First off I paid for express overnight shipping on the 15th, my package was supposed to be here on the 16th never got here on time. I call customer service they say it’ll be delivered the following day, that following day comes and it’s saying my package was delivered but it never came ! Sooooo I call to see where my package is , it’s the 22nd 8:55pm goin on to the 23rd and still no purse. Their HORRIBLE their losing valuable items and not giving a care in the world I have my LICENSE, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, & SOCIAL in my purse

This is one of the worst post office! I purchased a P.O. Box and never received my mail….. A total waste of money. Customer service doesn’t exist at this location!

I came to get my passport, she turned me around and told me to come at 12:30 pm, then she took the white man in front of me. And said thanks for your patience.... She should've had the man wait until his turn. This is what I mean about how blacks treat other black people..... I was first. The Indian lady working the office last week was much nicer and fair. Customer service at this location is zero. The lady at the desk was fighting with eveyone telling everyone how to go to the counter and have things ready or she wouldn't help them. Another person had questions and she didnt want to answer unless she had her stuff ready. It was so uncomfortable. Every post office I have been is the same, treatment is always so bad .

Derrick is amazing postal worker! He went above and beyond to help me with a package. He greeted me with a smile, and even went to the back and got me a box when another postal worker was going to make me pay for a box because she was being lazy and didn’t want to get one for me. Thanks Derrick!

Clemente, whatever her name is needs to be fired yesterday when I came up here to get a change of address. She disappeared and left the other clerk up there for along period of time. Today I brought back my 3 change of addresses. Let alone 3 different names that I have to have ID for every last one of them if they over the age of 18, let me. Remind you that I have kids. They're not over the age of 18. She lied to me and tell me that I have to have I. D for them which I clearly don't because they're not over the age 18. And she told me that my kids not supposed to be getting mail. It's supposed to be in my name like what? it doesn't make sense. All she had to say was she didnt wanna help but anyways my kids getting the mail has nothing to do with her. So she referred me to another clerk because that's who I got the change of addresses from yesterday and she dipped in our conversation. Me and the clerk saying ma'am, if i had anything to say about her. Then you need to come to me.(as in her) And what I said to the clerk was was, I don't understand why she couldn't do what you just did. It was quick and easy with the nice clerk. So when I ask the lady the clerk, what was her name she didn't want to tell me her name. She said this is my name right here. And then I had to walk up to her, mind you, that I felt uncomfortable walking towards her to. Get her name so she just gave me a headache. A whole bunch of running around for nothing I wish there was nice people like Ms. Dorsey. Because women like her, give us a bad taste.
It makes me want to close my p o box and open it somewhere else
