The computer system refuses to connect with customer service and no prompts for that.Disgusting.At least there was an option for CS @downtown Decatur.

11/23, Decatur location, employees are people friendly, .Lucas provided grt. professional service with alacrity, he is very knowledgeable and patient with customerproviding satisfaction. He provided a mini cash course computer 101 tech. I was very elated with the knowledge he provided. The service was quick and on point..Ms Chandra , manager was very inKnowledgeable and provided high professional skills with desired outcome . I LOVED , the out come requested. Anyone who is in need of there services will not be disappointed. I will return when neeed again. The Manager and EVERY employee are exceptional!! Always greeted with a smile and they without hesitation..offer assistance without question when I need help with my large heavy shipments 2-3 times a week. Even though I don’t need to, I would drive out of my way to use this location.

I am trying to give the UPS store a chance, but with me NOT receiving mail nor timely for a mailbox I have with them which is very expensive it’s hard to give a better rating. I think the management and the counter service is very good. But for me owning a mailbox has been disappointing and costly. I have a Biz box and not receiving my mail is problematic. The store manager has assured me mail is being put in boxes daily, and USPS says they deliver daily but I don’t end up getting mail. So I don’t know who to believe. Franchise owner please address this daily mail-sorting process issue and Help me. I know the store is super busy all the time, but what about your paying mailbox owners. Thanks in advance!

I was at the store on Sunday June 4th around 1pm, usually the service there is really good. But today, the employee who helped me didn’t know her job and didn’t want to help me with a simple shipping order. This is not the service UPS delivers and extremely disappointed with the experience.

I have nothing but praise for Chandra, Manager at this location. She was an example of outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had a lost package (sending to a granddaughter at college) on October 2022 which was to be addressed by the previous Manager. After many trips and months, to my surprise I met a new Manager, Chandra. She was professional, caring and determined to help me get the compensation originally promised. I experienced her making many calls to UPS (with lots of pushback), multiple faxes, etc. She documented everything and finally was able to give me my check on April 27th. I was in customer service for 33 years and she should definitely get an At-A-Girl!!!!

Walk in to the two employees loudly complaining to each other about something. Walk up to the counter, placing an envelope on a scale, employee makes a big deal about me having to pick it back up up and move it 2 feet over to the adjacent scale. Inexplicable attitude, taking out their whatever baggage and frustrations on well-meaning unsuspecting customers.
