This store is always under staffed. I go out of my way to avoid it. Sometime I just can’t and I am reminded of the purgatory which are businesses who value profit margins more than humanity.

I'm going to add on that this is an EXCEPTIONAL location! I had a horrible mess up printing some very important brochures with Staples, and it looked like I was just out of luck. I came into this location on a whim and not only did they stop and drop what was going on to help me, they did it in 15 minutes! Every person on the floor was weighing in and helping, and the manager was stand out superb. I'm a retail innovation and customer experience consultant, so I REALLY notice both the big and the little things...and this location sets the bar. I hope they are recognized for how awesome they are. Customers like me are so very appreciative, and it will be awarded with our ongoing business!

Tori and Jailha (sp?) were awesome. I totally screwed up both of my returns and they fixed everything with a smile on their face. Nice to see this kind of service.

Very well organized Store, The staff was quite helpful and polite, Chundra Rambert was very positive and professional she helped me to get my Courier sent. i recommend this store for best service.

The computer system refuses to connect with customer service and no prompts for that.Disgusting.At least there was an option for CS @downtown Decatur.

11/23, Decatur location, employees are people friendly, .Lucas provided grt. professional service with alacrity, he is very knowledgeable and patient with customerproviding satisfaction. He provided a mini cash course computer 101 tech. I was very elated with the knowledge he provided. The service was quick and on point..Ms Chandra , manager was very inKnowledgeable and provided high professional skills with desired outcome . I LOVED , the out come requested. Anyone who is in need of there services will not be disappointed. I will return when neeed again.
