For years I've preferred this particular UPS store over other places I could go. The people are always pleasant and helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them.

Tori and Jailha (sp?) were awesome. I totally screwed up both of my returns and they fixed everything with a smile on their face. Nice to see this kind of service.
