Sergio exhibited excellent customer service. He greeted me as soon as I entered store. He listened to what I wanted and directed me the best way to get it done. After processing, he showed shared the arrival dates of items and wished me a great day. These days it hard to get all 4 points mentioned. You’re lucky to get one. I appreciated hard and courteous workers like him. We need more all over.

DO NOT GO HERE. They charge for everything. The boxes are reasonable but they charge to tape the boxes too, almost ringed me up for 50$ can’t believe I even went here. Very bad store and service was trash. Only wanted to ship out 4 boxes and I also had the shipping labels. For printing the label the flat fee is 1.99$ with each print for 0.13 cents like what. I spent 50$ for this trash place with workers not even informing that we get charged for everything and after doing the packing they ask for money like we own them money for just taping a stupid box. I hate this place so much. It is trash as hell. Like charge us to breathe in there too. Stupid people and crazy way to steal other people’s money.

DO NOT RENT A MAILBOX HERE. I rented a mailbox at this location like I have at many other UPS Stores however my experience during my rental at this location was nothing like my previous encounters at other UPS locations. It was downright awful. I started using off-site mailbox locations because my mail was getting stolen out of my mailbox, just to patronize this location and pretty much have the same experience. I had my tax refund check sent three times to this location and never received one of them. I also had numerous debit cards, credit cards, and other financial products sent to this mailbox and never received those either. The really interesting part is I finally got so frustrated that I closed my mailbox at this location and opened it at another location and upon doing so I received my tax refund check within 5 days along with other debit cards and credit cards that I ordered and received those in approximately the same time frame without any problem. I'm not specifically accusing any individual of taking my mail but it certainly is strange that I never seemed to receive it when my mail was addressed to this location and always received it when it was addressed to other locations. All I can say is "Caveat Emptor"

This is so far the worst ups store I've been to. The manager wants to charge for everything. I did an amazon return with the QR Code, it was in a krogers bag since i threw away the amazon bag and the MANAGER put the shipping label on it because i didnt want to spend $7 on packaging -- it was ridiculous

I went to this place to drop the package. The Asian lady here refused to take the package. The reason was that she could not scan the label, because it was not printed properly. Like, the print was light. And told me that she can print a new label for $1.99. I have been going to this place for a while now. I usually see young guys all the time. And they all are very nice. This is first time I saw this lady here. She was so rude, I think she was the owner. She should learn how to deal with the customers from the employees. Or else she should stay away from the front desk. Same package I took it to another store, and they accepted it without any problem.

I went into this location on a busy day, I was greeted by an associate. He was so pleasant. I went in the store today, no customer was in there. However, Shar was there. I had to ask his name today. His customer service is out standing! Ir is so hard to find good customer service today. I would give him 10 stars.

The young men working in there are rude and lazy. One didn't want to walk to the back to check inventory, he said his manager would be mad. I asked to speak with the manager and he said the manager doesn't speak to customers. I feel like they was rude cause I'm black. Wouldn't waste my time going back here .

There are several UPS stores in this area of town. However, this was by far my best experience of any UPS store. The staff are so friendly and so efficient. Everything is very well organized and they had everyone in and out as fast as possible. The answer to all my questions politely despite the fact that they were working quickly. Sometimes when places are working fast they can be rude or not. Polite because they want to work quickly. Working quickly is great but it can be off putting if someone is unable to. Also just be polite while they're being quick.

I frequent this UPS store a lot to ship pre-paid packages and they are always fast and friendly. Plenty of parking in the area as well.
