The jumping is nice for the kids but the way the staff rushes you out & talks to you when your time is up is unacceptable, the staff is very rude its also very small i thought it was bigger wouldnt throw another party there You better off going to Chuck E. Cheese.

10/10 we were visiting from out of town and I took my two girls. The staff was friendly. The environment was well controlled. They have security on staff and everything was well organized. Additionally, the place was super clean and well maintained. My girls had an amazingly great time. We’ll be back!

Im going to say that the place itself was very clean. We have a membership at another inflatable park where we already have the socks, in fact most of these places have the same exact socks but in a different color. The way I was pressed to buy there specific socks was absolutely crazy, it was the delivery of the message. Then I noticed one of the staff kids (the little boy called her mommy) was in the play area with totally different socks. So let's be consistent. Also it was like 2 minutes past the time, and my grandson came to me and said the lady told them they had to get out due to the time being up. It's more of how the staff talked than anything. To be honest I would not come back to this particular place again.

My kids had a wonderful time here! The staff were welcoming and very nice. I felt safe knowing there was an armed security guard at the door and there were attendants in the play structure keeping an eye on the children. Check in was easy and the place was so clean. 5 stars!!

So fun! Our family went and had a blast. Friendly, fun vibe. Not busy when they first open during the week! Thusis is great, clean fun place for the whole family! Go jump, bounce and laugh your tail off!

They're OK. For the Easter egg hunt they could have been a lot more organized than they were. They held everyone up for the late comers, which wasn't fair to those of us who came early and on time.

I brought my son here to celebrate his birthday. I absolutely love the space, environment and staff! The customer service is great as well! I will be back!

My first experience was not a good one.
There are NO gluten free options. Staff was not accommodating. Security was extremely rude. Snatched my food from me AND put my son’s food on the trashcan! Unacceptable! The place is lovely. The manager was nice. Definitely needs to hire new security.

Outstanding event space for kids of all ages! The staff is personable and attentive, the entire facility is always clean and owner(s) are easily accessible. The artwork/decor is top notch and they provide a variety of activities for the kids to participate in.

Had an amazing experience hosting my son’s 6th birthday party at TKT yesterday. We reserved a party room; it was spacious and colorful with ample seating. I was disappointed to learn I couldn’t hang anything on the walls but I understood once the owner showed me all the damage from previous patrons. They keep a tight schedule which worked well for my attendees. The space is pretty and clean! I jumped with the children and they have obstacle courses, oversized balance balls, an inflated throne- really cool stuff inside. I’m sore today. The employees were present and extremely helpful. My son was happy, his guests were happy so of course I was thrilled. I highly recommend!

I needed some last min fun plans for my son’s 3rd bday yesterday & we decided to go with TKT. It was close to our home & very convenient. What made me choose them was the fact that they had so many in 1 place & they have a Toddler fun area so I didn’t have to worry about the big kids trampling my little one over.
When we got there, my son and I were the only customers there so he got a chance to really explore the whole facility. I was so impressed with how much there was to do there.
I forget the man’s name that helped us out, I believe he was the owner. He was the ONLY employee there and he did his thang! He made sure everything we needed we were good! He was a “One Band Man” (his words) so food was limited but even as more ppl came he was thuggin it out all on his own but made sure he catered to everyone there, cleaning up frequently & even checking the camera to check on the kids’ safety.
His communication & custom service skills were great! Prices were great! My son had a BALLLL & really enjoyed his bday!
We can’t wait to go back for play time!
