Good place for car washing

I went here for a quick wash. My car was pretty dirty. I got the highest tier wash. Unfortunately, the wash shined the car up but it was still spotty after the wash. If your car is on the dirtier side, you will probably have to go multiple times for this to really clean the car. This may be common for these types of car washes, but I'm not experienced enough to know.

Car wasn’t that dirty to begin with. Came out about the same. Vacuum hose kept disconnecting. Very limited amenities to clean inside the car. Will not return

I have been to several Tidal’s and this has been the worst one so far. Half of the detailing stations were closed and one of the attendants (older black “gentleman”) starting yelling at us to move our cars because other cars were waiting to use the vacuums. I will not be returning

Andre was awesome!! He saved the day!! My car was very dirty and he took the extra effort to brush my front bumper and finally the bugs were gone!!! Thank You so much Andre!!!

The staff here doesn’t communicate the instructions. Too laidback for the job. When you are getting ready to go into the car wash machine , the person waving cars onto the track is supposed to clean the windshield and front of the car and hit the back of the car too. The man is just standing there.
Half of the stuff was shut down. The bathroom is out of order. It’s not up to par.

I’ve been coming to this place since they revamped it 2014 I believe. When they started to get all the bells and whistles. I really appreciate the neighborhood feel this place has maintained. The customer service is great and the owners and his team do a good job at keeping the place up! Neighborhood gem!

Tidal wave has given me a wonderful experience all of the staff was great. Vince has the best customer service… keep up the good work… every time I visit which is everyday because I’m a member the lot is always clean… thank you tidal wave staff
