1. They charge a 300 admin that’s non refundable like who has that to waste at an apartment complex built in the 70s!2. I ask what was the requirements before I applied because that is a lot of money to be losing. He told me and felt my chances were good.3. I felt forced to apply because the prices change from day to day so I wanted to lock my price in now.4. No one told me I was denied I had to call and find out but still couldn’t tell me a reason they just sent me a letter and told me to call. Once they got my money and denied me their attitudes changed and that’s crazy. This Atlanta housing Market is Crazy and These prices and requirements are outlandish. This is the reason why so many people are homeless and are struggling. I found a house to rent way newer!!! The company was with me through the whole process. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!! Not letting this go either I’m definitely reporting them to the housing department.

The staff should inform the new hopeful tenants ALL of the necessities about cable box is locked ? and if there’s a $300 credit once approved, inform the tenant so that can be something less to pay for the following month.

August 28, 2023 I went to tour a 2 bedroom in this community. I am very pleased to say that I liked the customer service by leasing officer Maria and maintenance officer Mr. Albert. I liked the layout of this apt. The property is very clean, The landscape is attractive. And I’m very pleased with the quote I received as well. I’m excited about being apart of this community.

I am a brand new resident and have only lived here for 1 month but I have had such a wonderful experience living here so far as a new resident whose worked in property management for 10 years I can honestly say I’ve never seen service techs respond as rapid as they do here i mean they respond in less than 24/48 hours and they fix the problem right there and then! They are professional and very efficient at what they do As far as the leasing office ms Nicole the assistant property manager is just a joy whole heartedly she is very helpful with anything you need she makes you feel like you’ve chosen the right community to live in my move process was so smooth that I’ve recommended people to live here and it is because of her and the service techs don’t sleep on this great community the price is great it’s safe and you definitely feel appreciated as a resident and valued here!
