I have been twice and had a good experience on both visits. There was no (or only a short) wait, and my pedicure was very well done. It's reasonable priced and very clean, with a good (and fresh) selection of polish.

I have been going there for years. They always offer water and are very flexible with their schedule. The owner and her colleagues are excellent and very professional. It is a family oriented environment.
