I’ve visited this laundry room over a dozen times and my experience has been absolutely terrible. The washing machines will have prices on them telling you how much it charges, but in actuality it charges you more than 2x the labeled prices, e.g. (a $6 washing machine actually charges you $15, etc.) Their machines will charge you double or even more of the price it’s labeled as, but claims that you should see it refunded to your debit or credit card within 24-72 hours.
The dryers are another story. They not only fail to work majority of the time, but they’ll even charge you more than it’s labeled as well and if you try contacting the owner for any issues they’re either never even at the laundry room to begin with or they never answer the phone after calling the “customer support” number.
There’s also issues with the environment such as there being loud music constantly blasted in your ears as you’re trying to wash/dry (or at least attempt to) your laundry. Seriously, you’re going to need a pair of airpods or noise-cancelling headphones just to drown out the loud music being played 24/7. If that’s your thing then that’s understandable, but most people would prefer to just be in a quiet, calming environment while they’re doing their laundry.
Overall, on a good day it’s a fine laundry room, there’s no free wifi at all and there’s also a bathroom that’s locked with a code for some odd reason so once again, if you’re trying to use the restrooms here pray that either the owner is there to give you the code or they pick up the phone when you try calling them to receive said code.
There’s huge room for improvement, but once again it’s not an awful place to do these chores. Just be sure to bring some of your own entertainment and look forward to no wifi, limited restroom access and a potentially faulty machine that you’re going to be on your own luck with in terms of figuring out a solution, or just using an entirely different machine crossing your fingers that it works.

The wash and fold service is the best with my busy schedule it just made my life a little let hectic!! My clothes came back soft and smelling great! The staff was very nice!

Great service all around. Dropped off a lot of clothes, sheets, a blanket for their Wash-Dry-Fold service and got everything back within 24hrs. All the clothes had a great smell and were nicely folded. The drop-off, payment, and pick up were straight forward and the pricing was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using their services again!

Great place to do laundry! They have a coinless payment system which makes washing convenient. In addition, wash and fold services that will free up your time.

I usually am overwhelmed with laundry as a working mom & wife I find it hard to keep up sometimes so I came across this laundry mat and I was intrigued then I learned they were black owned so I was committed to trying them out ! I was able to go today and the owner was so kind and had a very friendly energy. I dropped off my clothes this morning and by the time my family had gotten back from the zoo I received a text saying my clothes were ready for pick up! I was pleasantly surprised and honestly happy! The facility is clean, they had an area for kids to sit and the owner was communicative. I’ll certainly be using this service again and will continue to support this business highly recommend !

I had the most pleasurable experience at the Muddy Laundry today!I have been to a couple laundry mats and never experienced the care, kindness and concern that I did here!They have my business 100%. Amazing clean facility, great washers, easy to use system, excellent customer service they go above and beyond.James is such a kind man. 5 stars all the way!

Don't let the name fool you, this place is far from muddy, it's super clean! What I love the most is that you don't need to bring coins, their machines accept cards for payment! I needed to wash/dry my king size comforters because they're too big for my washer/dryer and this place has machines large enough for that. The owner was so helpful and assisted me in creating an account for their rewards program, which saves you money! I forgot to bring my detergent and they let me use some free of charge! I will definitely go here every time I need to wash my extra large comforters. 10/10 recommend!

Great location, black own business, update to date services like credit/debit card use with their machine. This location have laundry card that you can load money onto instead of using quarters ( so old school) with a reward plan that reward for coming to this location. This laundromat also have a app that let you know how many machines are available before coming to the laundry mate. If you need a laundromat with clean, great customer service and no longer want to use quarters to operate a machine come to this location.Thanks

The staff here is very professional and informative. The machines are new and there's even a way that you can be notified when your spin cycle is complete. Highly suggested if you need laundry services!
