I’m a new resident here at Glen Hollow and I must say I am completely satisfied. Angela in the leasing office was the most pleasant and helpful. She made the move in process smooth. Jason Paul was also very instrumental making my move in process amazing as well. He went above and beyond To assure the town home was safe and in perfect condition.

I lived at this place for a year. Worst apartment I ever been to. I paid my rent on time if not even before the due date every month and they act like they wasn't getting it when I showed them transaction proof. I had to tell Jasmine the same thing every month and every month she said I was good and would fix it. Got a new manager and she figured out the same thing and said she would fix it and email me proof that I paid in a letter saying I was good. Never got the email and strangely their number doesn't work at the place. What does that tell you? Now I got my credit hit saying I owe 9k and no one is doing anything about it. Don't come here. Total scam.

What yall need to learn is to hold your rent in an escrow account until they fix the apartments. They can't access the rent money until proof is shown in court of said repairs.

I would like to come in the maintenance staff in this apartment. I have seen many different employees turn over the years. Aubrey and Mr. Prince were dedicated to seeing the whole process through. Great employees, and turning this property in the right direction.

Apartments nice in the inside and newly remodeled? My parking lot was quiet but we had a couple ghetto neighbors gate never closed one day it work one day it don’t on dec 29 2021 my child’s father was killed by a bullet walking to get a cigar the killer got inside the apartments because the gate wasn’t properly working if the gate was working at these apartments my son father will still be here I instantly moved didn’t tell the rent office but days later I came back to the apartment they packed up my belongings and sat them by the trash can in black bags with out my permission I immediately called them and ask them why did they pack up my things with out my permission they stated that the maintenance mens did it for what reason I don’t know stay far away from this place

Glen Hollow was my first apartment in Georgia and I have to say that I am very pleased to have to stayed in Glen Hollow. Jasmine is a great Business Manager here at Glen Hollow. She was very helpful in my whole process of applying and staying here from beginning to end! The leasing office staff are helpful is well! This is my real review and I am beyond satisfied with my living experience and amenities that was provided in my apartment!

Staff was pleasant, patient and so helpful. Victoria was a Jewell and so professional. I would rate Jasmine and Victoria as excellent. The entire appartment was super clean, and move in ready. Thank you Glen Hollow.

What year were these comments posted? Who paid you people to blatantly lie for this community development? This establishment gave up long time ago on keeping rules and regulations in force to make living there habitable. It is very apparent; crystal clear they are not committed to maintaining an environment conducive for families with children. It has all the makings of a flourishing slum.

I recently had the best experience with Elyse at Glen Hollow Apartments. I had a really bad experience with the previous complex I lived in resulting in my moving before my lease expired. Management was atrocious.When I came in to inquire about leasing I was met by the kindest, most caring and friendly staff member Elyse. I expressed to her briefly my situation and she was in top of everything. I mean she truly worked expeditiously to get me processed and into my unit super quick! First off, the leasing office gave off a homey vibe. Secondly the home I toured was very well kept and the complex looked to be as it has been very well maintained even though the apartment complex itself is an older complex. I liked that a lot, you definitely don’t see a lot of that these days. Lastly the staff is very friendly and Ms. Jasmine was a great help and very nice to work with and not to mention patient because I know I can be a hand full when picking out a place to make my home. The employees I spoke with were so understanding that I made sure to leave this review because they deserve it. Thank you Ms. Jasmine and staff.

Leasing agent Victoria helped me through my whole process and she was great. She didnt waste any time and I love my apartment. Victoria was very helpful and kind with my moving process and never hesitated to assist me even after I moved. I recommend this apartment and definitely recommend Victoria as your leasing agent.

I am a newer resident at Glen Hollow and So far so good. Elyse helped me with leasing and she was very detailed and helpful with my search for a new apartment, not only did she make me feel at ease during the process, but my apartment is Also beautiful. Fully renovated, brand new carpet and appliances. I love the smell of a clean new place and it’s definitely giving. I have not had any maintenance issues so far in my apartment, and I love how well maintained and clean the complexes grounds are. Shout out to Elyse and the entire staff for obviously taking pride in what they do!

Elyse is very understanding with me and my situation. She helped me Got my into my apartment with no problem. She is professional and friendly and the rest of staff. The apartments is cool and calm during the day, but plus convenient to the bus line and do work with society security when getting approved. Plus kick out bad residents too.

If zero was an option, that is what I would choose. The complex is overpriced and provides very little of what is advertised. Trash is rarely picked up, pest control is nonexistent, the staff is unprofessional, and the complex itself has heavy drug activity. The units advertised are not the units provided. Everything looks like it has not been touched since the 70s. Once you pay and sign the lease, expect to be disappointed. The tubs are poorly done, there is a smell that does not go away, and so many other issues. Laundry is in a dark small shack by the mail and the office, Fitness center, and pool are not available as they are listed in brochures. There is also no security gate because it is always open. Security is nonexistent. When I spoke with staff I was told that this complex does not invest in improvements or fixing things because they know the market is high and renters are desperate.Pic 1. 1st off I want to give a huge thanks to Elyse in the office. She is so friendly and kind. She made sure to keep me up to date with the status of my move in the whole way through. I'm glad I chose Glen Hollow as my new home!
