I've been a client (active/non-active) since Sept. 2010. My ONLY place for B-12 ? (shots). My body lets me know when it's time for a shot. T.F.C. is MY Fitness HOME ?

Great place to get your workout on. I would not even recommend going to your average gym. This place provides everything you need, including friendships, relationships and strong commitment. Always a positive environment.
