The food is season it just they don't give you no sauce to go over your food. Normally when I pay ebt for a seafood plate it comes with the sauce over it they dont.. first time I visit I guess you have to buy your own sauce. I had to come home and make my own dipping sauce

I stopped by Cakes By Keon for some slices of cake, I highly recommend the strawberry crunch cake. An employee at the counter told me they owned the restaurant next door and the food was really good. I was hungry, so I went over. The menu was limited, so I decided on a whitening fish sandwich with fries. After about 10-15 minutes, my food was ready. I wasn't expecting a piece of fish and 2 slices of bread, but then again, it was only $10.99. The fries were overdone, and I barely ate them. I also purchased a lemonade to drink. I really wish it was fresh squeezed since it tasted like Kool-aid lemonade. Overall, I'm glad I supported two black businesses. Definitely stop by if in the area.

honestly this review is long overdue. i love syde foods been coming here since they first opened and cakes by keon! KEON out here doing his thing in the community accepting ebt. great food and smothies try the banana pudding tho i have to get at least 2 every time. i love my girls MEKA & SADE they are the best! best service super sweet and funny if you talk to them KEON as well! young JAVIS in the kitchen 1st time seeing him but he was cool too. i would come everyday if i had it like that but i go enough to where they know me by name so yea lol. check out their ig also they have the deals on there!

What they promote on instagram is not true I was forced to buy two sides with what was supposed to be a $4 crab legs special then I called to confirm about EBT payment accepted after making ebt payment I was told there’s a cook fee of $1 idc about the $1 but if I come requesting to use ebt not knowing my situation the cook fee should be discussed before payment is made. It wasn’t a good experience won’t be returning

I saw this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try since it's close to home! I ordered Crablegs and was told it would be 20 mins , unfortunately I waited an hour and was almost late to work waiting for my food. The food overall was ok, I was surprised that the crab legs weren't really hot once I received them. The staff however was friendly and offered to refund me for the potatoes that weren't available with my order. I'd go back and try a different dish but be prepared to wait awhile for your order as service isn't quick :-/

She always has great deals on different seafood items. You can build your own plate/seafood boil for real affordable! It's delicious!!! Would give 10 stars if possible

The seafood is to died for, the crabs, lobster and shrimp sizes are beyond laws of biology. The sauce had my kids licking the container clean lol. The staff where pleasant patient.Lastly food was fresh, well season and again everything was to died for, and will be coming back very soon...

Great customer service! The team is super friendly! The seasoning they put on this food are very high quality, not to mention they offer more than just seafood! Follow them on Instagram to catch them $6 $ $10 specials. Not to mention they accept EBT so that’s a 5star for me !

Seafood is seasoned to perfection! Very graciously prepared! You will not be disappointed. I love the service at the place and the staff is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place. LOOK. NO. FUTHER.

~ from my own experience wholeee restaurant is a hit. Staff is nice and friendly, doesn’t take long at all. seafood was completely deliciouss. Lol and I’m expecting and loving smoothies rn, Smoothies are better than SK with out all that powder stuff just fruit and juice. I literally fell in love here
