Waiting area outdated compared to most dealerships, the tire pressure in tires was not adjusted correctly, l was told to drive it and the pressure would adjust itself, it’s been six days and the pressure still has not adjusted.

We got towed here after we broke down on I 20 mid cross country trip. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The salesman even let my mom use the staff restroom upstairs since she couldn’t take the stairs to the lower level. The service staff took a look first thing and got us back on the road by 11am the next day. We are very thankful for the kindness and hospitality they showed. Jaroni and Daniel were very helpful.

I just purchased a new vehicle and now for servicing I was treated with total disrespect karma they lie to me about everything, and just about throw me and my vehicle out of the shop And I am only trying to be a great and loyal and loyal Chevrolet client. I don't know why I was treated in this way , what the Chevrolet but the Superior Chevrolet team told me and showed me that they simply do not want my business so so I just left.

Gary and his staff were amazing. I live out of state and my daughter had an extremely worrisome vehicle situation. They took great care of her and in record time resolved her issue!!! So appreciative.

Gary, Diondre, and their team at Superior Chevrolet are quite literally life savers. I was scammed elsewhere, and the car I bought was incredibly unsafe. Not only did Gary coach me through how to advocate for myself, he also insured that I understood how to read the Carfax and highlighted the issues in the car, so that moving forward I could be on the lookout for them. Although, I won't need that advice for a while because Gary and Diondre were so helpful and trustworthy that I turned around and purchased my new car at Superior Chevrolet. The respect for myself and my timeline was unprecedented, and I am relieved to have found a reliable place to bring my car. I couldn't be happier.

Initially I was happy I found a Chevrolet dealership that had a diesel technician to work on my 2021 Chevy Silverado Duramax Diesel as I was being told by several dealerships near my home that they didn’t have a technician or I would have to be scheduled for an appointment days later maybe even weeks.
I gave Superior Chevrolet a call and the receptionist connected to service department where another lady said if I could get there quick one of the service consultants named Marcus Smith could get me in on 7/31. I get there within 30 minutes, he takes my truck around and comes back to me a hour later saying they are delayed and it’s gonna take a while. I’m still cool waiting at the dealership until he comes to me after 12pm talking about it’s gonna take some time to diagnosis what’s the issue is , even that it would be a couple of hours before that is completed.
I explained when I arrived that I really needed to have my truck looked at today as I work out of town. Mr. Smith said well it’s gonna take some time and I would probably have to leave it . He didn’t really have a solution that worked for me so I worked some things out and left the vehicle . Of course they said they don’t do loaner vehicles anymore so I would have to rent a car to have transportation.
I rented a car for a week . Mr. Smith tells me he would give me a call Friday about an update on my truck. He did not call me , I had to call him, so Saturday I call him and of course he had nothing good to tell me stating they don’t know what’s wrong with it and to call back Monday as nobody worked on it on Saturday. Monday comes and I call five times asking to be connected to the service department and each time the phone rings at least five times then connects me to voicemail. I leave two messages and I never got a call back .
This morning I call Superior Chevrolet and get connected to the service department and Mr. Smith picks up and responds to me “Mr. Sledge, I’m gonna let my manager speak to you about your vehicle, confused I say “Okay”.
Mr Bob tells me the service department works on an appointment -based service on vehicle maintenance meaning I would have had a date and time to wait for service . He then states they still have vehicles waiting on service from July 1st . I explained to him I was never told about this at all by Mr. Marcus Smith. I was just told I would be fitted into getting my vehicle serviced that day.
To summarize, don’t use Superior Chevrolet for getting your GM vehicle serviced because apparently they are behind and are short handed with repairmen . Lastly , do not use Mr. Marcus Smith as a service consultant if you choose to go to Superior Chevrolet to get your vehicle serviced as he has a problem being honest , and I guess I probably shouldn’t be surprised as this is a car dealership.

I have brought my car here a total of 3 times in the past 2 weeks & it is STILL not fixed. Originally came due to my AC. They fixed it and also repaired my Axle. A few days later, I have a leak in my water hose. Took it back and they fixed it.... or so I thought. Not even 10 minutes after driving off the lot, my car starts beeping, notifying me that it's overheating and then begins to smoke underneath the hood. The coolant is leaking again. Take it back and of course there's something I have to pay because this is something "new" that ironically started RIGHT after they just "repaired" the same leak.... Got it back today & guess what? Back to square 1... the AC isn't working AGAIN. I done spent roughly $3,000 on ALL of this combined & my car is still not fixed. And they had the nerve to say "Don't go to Pep Boys again, they'll rip you off" . I have NEVER gotten a repair from Pep Boys that didn't last at LEAST half the year or ended up causing other issues . I could've just bought a whole new car at this point. I don't want anything to do with Chevy at this point. I'll take my chances going back to Pep Boys
