I came in Sunday, the stylist are always very nice and professional. I’ve been going to Supercuts for the past 15 years and Tammy has been cutting my hair for the past 5. She always does a phenomenal job. This super-cut sets a high bar for service, skill and style keep up the good work!

I came in last week just to get my slip ends trimmed. I’ve been growing out my hair for over a year and have been really happy with my progress. There was only one stylist and a waiting room full of people, so I understood that the stylist was in a rush. Unfortunately, her sloppy haste left me with a full mullet and ruined most of my growth progress. I have been a Supercuts customer since I was a kid, but this was my final straw.

Just a buzz cut. I told the stylist it’s for a funeral. I don’t think the army could do it faster and they probably take more care.I had to point out obvious missed patches and still had to clean up around the ears at home.People say you get what you pay for. I STILL feel ripped off. $20 plus tip for 10 minutes of buzzing. I WISH I got what I paid for.

All I needed was an undercut trimmed. Not only did the undercut creep upwards by over an inch on the sides (shaving hair that was not part of the undercut originally), it is now visibly quite lopsided. One side is shaved about an inch higher up than the other side. Guess you get you pay for.

Got a great haircut here from Stephanie who gave me exactly what I was going for (a fade), took the time to listen and make sure things looked just right, and was such a nice person to talk to. ??

This place is horrible. I was turned down for a cut because I had a little bit of product in my hair and refused to pay for a shampoo. The lady working here is a miserable human being and should find another line of work. Don't come here

TLDR: Online appointments don’t appear to be honored and hours of operation appear to be frustratingly fluid.I created an online appointment reserving the next available stylist, and when I arrived I was somehow behind three people, all of which were walk ins. Pretty annoying but I left because I had other errands to run.I came back later that day at 3:30 to see if I could get the back of my hair cleaned up, which would be about a ten minute job to just clean up the area around the neck and the like. I was told that I couldn’t be seen because they’re closed at 4 pm. Then they locked the door in my face.I don’t know if the stylist had a family emergency or something, things happen I realize that. But I feel it is more likely that they just misrepresent their hours. Keep in mind, when I arrived the door was locked so it is very likely that it had been closed for at least 10-15 min before I got there. If you close at three, just say that.Yes, I know there needs to be time to clean up and lock up. No, I do not expect you to go into overtime. But if you know that you have to do these things, adjust your hours accordingly or else it will cause confusion and, as obvious in this review, frustration.All in all, I’m not sure this was a fluke day for them or what, but I didn’t think that it should have been such a task to get a quick cleanup job at two separate points in the same day. I’m sure that the stylist is competent, unfortunately I would not know.

Do not go here for services other than cuts! I came in for a simple haircut and was encouraged to get color to fade previous highlights I was growing out. My hair is light brown and I left with near black hair with slightly orange undertones. If you’re looking to have color done find a professional salon that specializes in that.

Made an appt. But just know when you make an appt, they take everyone waiting before you regardless. The lady that works there (Tammy) totally lied to someone who call on the phone and told them there were way more people in line waiting when there was only me and 1 other. Was rude to some guy that walked in and simply asked what the wait was. Do not recommend...find another location. This lady clearly has issues.

Please do not give this salon your business. She refused to cut my son's hair today. I believe she discriminated against him because he Autistic. She told me she did not cut dirty hair, but when I let her k ow he washed it yesterday ( It had not been 24 hours). She refused to help us. I take for granted most people are kind to my sweet son- but this was a huge slap in the face.
