I read some of the comments customers experience and I didn't have any problems. Maybe its the time that I would go. Most of the tellers were polite and personable. Most banks are busy the first of the month. Especially early in the morning. Every now and then I might get a slow teller at the drive through.

Be careful when giving your personal identification documents at this location. I had some items notarized and the banker tried to keep my license.

I went the week before and deposited cash in my son's account. This time, they tell me I can not because I am not listed on his account. I told the teller I did it less than a week ago. She started arguing with me. It was very unprofessional, and I guess she was the manager, was standing next to her. If I could give zero stars I would.

HANDS DOWN the worst bank I’ve ever worked with!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PPL. Terrible all around. I swear it’s a scam. They wait to ur account is low to add a bunch of small charges to overdraft fee u to death. They aren’t here for the ppl. Pure GREED

Ever since they have become Truist their service has gone down hill. I have been on hold 2/21/22 and 2/22/22 a total of 9 hours and I am still locked out of my account. Customer service is horrible.

I had issues with a few accounts that I have with SunTrust after several attempts with another customer service representative which he said it couldn’t be done I spoke with the Manager Reubena I think that’s the spelling (lol) but she took the time to find and fix the problem and get my accounts straight. I just want to say she went over and beyond to help me and I really appreciate it.

In our community they treat us so wrong.One teller on a Saturday is ridiculous.It took 47 mins to stand in line to make a withdrawal and deposit.Why do they do our community like that? Any other bank in certain areas have plenty of tellers, especially on a Saturday

This staff at this branch are incredibly slow and poorly trained. Be prepared to stay here HOURS for a simple transaction. They lost the deposit I made so I had to have the “back office” find my money. They did.

Terrible service and slow AF
