Seth was a fantastic sales person. We had a great time searching for cars and finding the right vehicle with him. He kept us laughing and smiling. Jon Mead is the most fantastic salesman that we have worked with. We arrived on the day of our appointment and left with a brand-new 2025 Subaru Outback! Jon Mead took great care of us. He was courteous, attentive to our needs, and helped select the new Outback. The trade-in process of our 2018 Legacy was seamless. The trade-in value and purchase price were great, and we felt completely at ease, with no pressure from Jon. First of all, I want to thank Quinton, our salesman, for keeping us informed all throughout the waiting period since we bought our beautiful metallic bronze Forester right off the boat as it was crossing the ocean. When it arrived at the Stivers Subaru, he sent us a picture of the car knowing that we were anxiously waiting for it. Every step after that was well executed including the orientation to the car as we were not familiar with all those new technologies that come with new cars. Thank you so much.

Nothing but good things to say about the folks at Stivers. I went in a couple times and met with Quinton Lassiter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn't rush me through the decision-making process. He took note of my preferences and followed up with me to let me know when they got new options in that worked for my budget, which led me to finding my dream car at a fair price. Five star experience with Jasper Garcia, our salesperson and Doug Martin in finance. Jasper was knowledgeable, helpful and low key. We never felt pressured to close the deal. Doug has a fine eye for detail and made sure everything in our paperwork was processed correctly and explained thoroughly. This is our second Subaru and our second time working with Stivers. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Had a great experience working with Curtis Ralls to get my dream car, the 2024 Crosstrek!
He had such great patience and communication in person and through text and even got together an entirely new deal together when I pivoted to a different vehicle in the same day.
He and the finance team had all the paperwork together to get me in and out as soon as possible and even stayed past closing to get it all done. I can't thank the team at Stiver's enough for such a fantastic experience start to finish.

For exceptional service and customer service I recommend Stivers Decatur Subaru. I will go further and mention Micaela, I would like that to be the correct spelling, but it probably is not.
