Loved it. The service was amazing. Diana, my VA explained everything well and gave me ways to save the most $$ while still caring for our Yorkie.
Dr Martin came out personally to provide all the details on Diva's care. I didnr wait a long time even though there were other clients there. I have found a new vet. It's a one stop shop boarding, grooming and vet care.

My trainer was literally late bringing my dog from supposedly getting his teeth cleaned, off a 3 hour wait and a 75 dollar diagnosis fee !! No thanks never again !! !

They Took care of both my dogs one with an ear infection one with glass cuts on different occasions. They carefully Explained everything that was going on and what was needed. A very good written instructions on aftercare and took wonderful care of my pets. The staff is super friendly and seems to really care about your animal. Even called the next morning Just to check on them. Would highly recommend them!

I don’t know where to start from the time I walked in I received 10/10 service. This is by far the best vet in Dekalb. I would recommend this vet to anyone. I felt very comfortable and the staff were very knowledgeable and supportive. I wish I could give 10 starts.

My fur boys are always excited when we come, to get shots,lol. The technicians/assistants are always pleasant, professional, personal. They treat humans pretty good too?

Absolutely GREAT place to take you dog and especially cats. Very pleasant ambiance, staff very personable, professional & friendly. Introduced my dog Charlie 6 years ago & my cat Lexi had major surgery this month (Aug 2024). Love Dr. Martin & Dr. Mickle.

I've taken my daughter puppy Zoe to this animal hospital wanting to get her 9 weeks shots I went in and the bill came up to 200 and $49 just for her 9-week shots they had this long list of what she did not need so I end up taking her to another animal clinic and save myself $150 they're high they are a rip off be careful Read your reviews before taking your animal to an animal clinic or hospital because if it's too many bad reviews it's bad

Dr Tiffany Martin and her staff are awesome they are very attentive and very reassuring the entire staff very professional and explain everything to you in laymen’s terms so you know exactly what’s going on

The lady I spoke with over the phone today was extremely rude it made me cancel my appointment. The lady before her was nice. If you get the same lady I spoke with she will not communicate with the groomers side or the doctor side. She would prefer you show up and waste your time then to ask serious questions before hand to prepare the other staff.

I would advise anyone not to go here. Communication and service terrible. Took my fur baby there and he passed away the next day. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
