I purchased 2 outfits from this store on yesterday evening around the time they were about to close 7:45 pm. I needed to exchange them and they will not do an exchange. There should be a law against these beauty supply stores, especially if they are selling items as if they are a department store. When people spend their money they should at least be able to do an exchange. If your beauty supply store is over a certain square footage and you are selling items as if you are a department store, then you should have the same policy as a department store. And we are always supporting an purchasing items from these beauty supply stores and they will not provide quality customer service.
