Our company needed certain specifications met in order to drive on site for a job at the airport. Signarama worked with us to make sure those standards were met. They asked plenty of questions in order to make sure they had our needs completely clear. In the end, the results were just what we asked for. They were quick in getting us into production and getting the job done. Wonderful customer service and wonderful job.

I had no expectations when I came in and Jaida did an excellent job of explaining the process from concept to product. I needed the sign within the week. It was done over the weekend got it back in two work days.

Lost our business after one decal order! Went to up our decal and asked the person behind the counter about installation. She handed over some written instructions that did not seem to match the product. Asked about this, she said to come back another time when there was someone else there who could answer questions. Came back the next day to pick up, asked for a quick demonstration, which we were given, as well as being told to follow the written. instructions. We asked about a professional installation and were told it was an option but not really necessary for this product as long as we "felt" we could handle it.Took the decal back to our business immediately, followed every instruction word-for-word, and the decal was instantly covered in scratches and scuffs from the squeegee that they told us to use. While they had warned us about bubbles and holes (which we successfully avoided), no mention had been made of scratches or scuffs, and certainly not to this degree. Moreover, the written instructions were clearly for a different product and not deisgned for this decal (references were made to removable tape on "both" sides, but our product only had removable tape on one side). The resulting sign is simply ugly. Looks terrible on our storefront.Annoyed, we asked them for either a refund or a no-money replacement with a professional installation. They refused, saying we would just have to pay for the order all over again.Well, if we're gonna do that, we'll just go somewhere else that's a little more professional. Never coming back here.

Couldn't have had a better experience with Jaida and Signarama - they've done everything for my business (printing on plywood, CNC routing of plastic, the production of vinyl transfers and more...) Not only were they quick to complete the project, but they were super careful and considerate to make sure we got exactly what we wanted - right down to giving us a sample piece of vinyl to make sure it would adhere to our wallpaper. And on top of it, Jaida is just the nicest. So happy we found them and I intend to bring all my printing business to them. Highest praise.

My wife and I ordered a sign for our business. Installed it per the owner's written instructions. Looks like total garbage. Turns out the written instructions they gave us were for the wrong product. They refused the refund and implied that my wife and I were lying about our complaints. So, now we've thrown our money away on a sign that we have to replace immediately. We are never coming back here.

Our close colleagues operate a small book store and got ripped off by these folks, who made them the wrong product, paired it with the wrong instructions, and then blamed them for installation difficulties. Refused to refund or replace the sign. Horrible customer service toward a young upstart bookstore. We certainly won't ever be using Signarama Decatur for our own business.

So far So good!! Danya & her entire staff made my life easier! Every time I called, I felt like they knew who I was & what I like the most is the upfront pricing... No surprises here. I had ideas on what I wanted in terms of signs & banners but the pleasant Professionals at Signarama of Decatur showed me how a combination of the two would produce the best results.
