I was a client of BKB Salon for approximately 5 years. I loved how Belinda colored & highlighted my hair while maintaining the integrity of my hair. However, during my last visit, I received color/ highlights that left my hair frail, brittle & damaged. Not only was I disappointed in the damage that resulted from being over processed but I was charged much more than I was accustomed to paying and the amount I was quoted. I was prepared to pay $205, however I was charged $382! Talk about being shocked. And she stated she had given me a 25% discount. I was in such shock I wish I'd disputed the charges. Unfortunately, I'll have to find a new colorist because my hair and bank account cannot afford Salon BKB.

I love it here! Mrs. B, Denia, and all the staff are sooooo knowledgeable, so patient, so talented. The salon is super cute, and extremely spacious, and always so clean! You really feel that you and your hair are cared for when you leave. 5 years and counting, I'm so glad group on lead me to y'all.

I was greeted, my Groupon was verified for the services to be rendered. There was paper work to be completed before the consultation. The information helps the provider make the correct analysis for your hair. The service and the consultation was excellent. The only drawback was the $30.00 hair cut. I think I'm out of touch with some of today's pricing. I would recommend visiting for a pleasant experience.

BKB Salon offered outstanding hair care individualized for my specific requests, and the recliner chairs and refreshments enhanced my comfort. It was a most comfortable and satisfying experience!

Beautiful salon with beautiful people. My stylist was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. She took her time talking with me about my goals. The shampoo was very relaxing as was the hydration treatment. My hair has begun to recover from all the damage from doityourself relaxers and bad products. I am committed to turning my hair care over to Salon BKB!

Not at all professional, this Kamal! I paid $2000 for my hyaluronic acid training with my trainer for a course at the institute. The trainer tells me that she has another student who opened a BKB salon, and that if I don't mind we can do the course there. Me being nice as I am, I said ok, I don’t mind. I looked for my 3 models (it wasn't without difficulty). Mr Kamal allowed himself to practice half the course on all my 3 models. Kamal had just 1 model. I haven't said anything yet. To top it off, Mr Kamal posts photos of my models in his advertisements under the pretext that he practiced on my models (something that an honest person would never have done because I have never seen anywhere other than another student allows himself to practice on someone else's model Never) and also Mr Kamal alias BKB also tells me that it's because it's his living room. LOL I don't care if it's your salon, it's not me who changed the training location and I paid the normal price of the course so what is this lack of integrity?

The stylist/co-owner took time reviewing my concerns, goals, and haircare and medical history. She did a great job shampooing and cleaning my hair to get a better idea of it's condition. She was very knowledgeable and was honest in her advice and recommendations. In the end, I was extremely pleased and impressed with the condition and styling of my hair. I'm sticking with her! Back in two weeks for session 2! The shop is fabulous. The owners are great people to work with. I've been blessed!
