We and our pet were treated with utmost care and respect, and the staff and vets took time with us, as much as we needed. We believe that St Francis gave our 15-year-old cat back to us.

Very kind staff, the vet had the best bedside manner I'd ever seen caring for my dog today. She was very open and honest about costs for additional testing and didn't try to push any additional tests that she wouldn't do for her own dog. First emergency vet experience and I'm glad it was with such a nice team!
