DON'T EVER COME HERE!!!
The taller lady was REALLY REALLY RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! She doesn't even know HOW TO CUT!!
The first shorter lady that was initially cutting my hair messed up my hair, and even she didn't know HOW TO CUT!! How do you even open up a place like this when you DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO CUT!!!
THE WORST PART IS THAT AS SHE WAS CUTTING MY HAIR SHE SAID "Since your haircut is very complex we're gonna charge you $20" COMPLEX?!?!?! HOW IS GETTING A NORMAL HAIRCUT COMPLEX?!?! I was supposed to get 2 lines on the left side and a proper line up BUT after I saw how and what the did to my hair I LITERALLY HAD TO STAND UP AND LEAVE BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME "Why didn't you just go to your personal barber if you're not satisfied with this"
I could go on and on about all the rude things she said to me! SUCH AN ATTITUDE!
I've attached my pictures after I reached home and fixed it up myself as much as I could but I have to just get rid of it all because I can't save this madness! I'm gonna attach a reference picture that I showed them before the haircut, so that they can cut it exactly like that.
I attached the before and after. My sides are just gone now.
I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS! Because I didn't pay you to mess up my hair like this!

I really wish I had not came here. The lady was rude and did not do her job correctly. Me and my cousin came here for brow threading and a brow tint. She did not leave the brow tint on enough and she made it look like half of her eyebrow was gone. She did not do my eyebrow threading correctly either, the top part of my right eyebrow didn’t even got touched. I would not recommend this place to anyone, complete waste of money.

I always receive excellent services from Ruby Beauty Center, especially when I see Munira and Asmina. I go weekly and I get the best service from both Asmina and Munira. They work on the weekends and are excellent...Asmina is my new best friend. Dee

I visited the center Saturday (04.06.2024) and Asmina assisted me. She was very friendly and professional. She and I easily engaged in conversation, and by the end of my service, I felt like I had visited with a friend. My eyebrows looked amazing and she did exactly what I asked her to do. I will definitely go back and I will specifically request her. Thank you, Asmina!

I've been coming there for Leg under arm and bikini wax for a long Time. It was OK. Now I got to meet (ASMINA) Because one day the person who i see she was not there. I let asmina do it. I was nervous first. She was polite good customer service and she cleaned me good. I was so very happy. I'm glad I let her do it. Now i don't wanna nobody else To Do it but her. if she is not there. I'll turn around and go back. Keep going there. Until I see her. Only she works Saturday and sunday. I wish she work more days. I'm sure a lot of customer will be happy with her. SHE IS PROFESIONAL. AND SHE DO A GOOD JOB.

I have had a wonderful experience at ruby salon (Dekalb location). Shireen took really good care of me. She did an amazing job with my hair treatment. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend this place!!

Ruby’s provides a variety of beauty services, eyebrows and waxing are the 2 I’ve experienced here.
This is my go to spot for my eyebrows. Whenever I leave my eyebrows are always on point with little if any need for filling them in.

This is where I go to get my haircut regularly. I walk-in and never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes long. Ruby Beauty Center is a salon for men and women. I have been going to this place for more than a year now, and they always do a wonderful job whether it's a haircut or a hair color. Munira is best at doing her job. She don't rush you and gives you exactly what you are looking for. Also, Shirin did an awesome job on my haircut and style. I will definitely seeing them again. Their prices are very reasonable and affordable. All the staff do a great job. They are very nice and helpful. They have a large TV playing Bollywood songs all time to get you entertained while you having your hair services done. They also recommond nice hair products for you that they carry in the store. They are little pricey but worth it. The facility is very clean and professional. Very inviting atmosphere and looks spacious. Limited parking is available in front of the store, but additional parking is available behind the store. Highly recommend this place to anyone to try if you are nearby or in the area. Call for your appoinments is recommended, but walk-ins welcomed.

I have been going to Ruby Beauty Center for more than a year now, and they always do a wonderful job whether it be eyebrow threading, haircut or any other beauty need. I get my eyebrows threaded here, and no matter who does it, all the ladies do a great job in giving them a clean look with a nice shape. I recently got a haircut here and Miss Mina did a great job with the haircut including the shape and contour. Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. All the ladies do a great job and are very nice. Highly recommend this place.Services: Haircut
