After my first visit to Rox - Atlanta Jewelers…I was hooked. I now have a personal shopper, Hannah to help me add to my jewelry collection.
Hannah’s patience and attention to my personal style was her top priority. She did a phenomenal job pulling unique pieces to help establish a stack of arm candy of beautiful diamond bracelets . The customer service of the team at Rox’s is second to none.

I went to get permanent bracelets with my boyfriend on Sept. 14 and today Oct. 7; I notice that it is no longer on my wrist. I am not completely blaming the jewelers, but if it is advertised as permanent, it should not have fallen off.

I had some necklaces that belonged to my grandmother that needed adjustments for me to wear them. Rox jewelers were creative and repaired the jewelry so that I could wear the pieces. I highly recommend their services.

Rox repaired rings for me and designed and made a ring to accompany my wedding ring…love my new ring! It’s beautiful and just what I wanted. I thought the service was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend!

Roxs Jewelers has been our go-to jeweler for over a decade, and we truly consider them family. My husband and I started our journey with them when we couldn’t afford much—our wedding rings were small, but Jennifer and the team treated us as if we were making a million-dollar purchase. The rings were custom-made and absolutely unique, reflecting the start of our life together.
Over the years, as we’ve grown together, we’ve returned to Roxs Jewelers for special gifts to surprise each other. Jennifer has always known exactly what each of us would love, keeping secrets with the utmost care, and ensuring that every piece was perfect.
This year, we had the pleasure of renewing our vows, and naturally, we turned to Roxs for the occasion. They outdid themselves, creating spectacular, larger rings that were beyond our wildest dreams. To complete my look for the day, they crafted a stunning gold and pearl bracelet, along with a beautiful pearl necklace. They even made all the bridesmaids’ gifts, which were a hit.

Love my new engagement ring - my old ring was very pretty but had to be retrofitted to my small finger and was not done very well by a different jeweler. A side diamond fell out again after it had happened a few too many times so I went to Rox for a redo. Knowing the ring could keep losing the diamonds since it was not super stable, we decided to reset the diamond into a new ring. They ordered a few settings based on the size of my diamond and even took the diamond out of my setting and let me see it in the new settings so I could make the best decision. The end result is gorgeous!

I had an amazing experience at Rox - Atlanta Jewelers! I was told by another jewelry store that I needed to take my ring back to where I got it from because they couldn’t size it down 3 sizes but when I took it to Rox they did it effortlessly with no doubts! Now instead of wearing my ring on a necklace I can wear it on my finger. And I was able to receive it back with in a week. And Thank you Rox! Amazing job!
