Sunday 3-31-24 I call this location to see if they have a item before I drive 38 minutes to this location I called 10 times and Nahida answered when she picked up I said I’m trying to see do y’all have a item in stock before I come there she relied I don’t know because I asked her and hangs up I call back asked her to look by the rugs to see do y’all have grass over there she said my English not that good I asked for a manager she hangs up after the 10th call I drove them 38 minutes to see myself because this don’t make no sense when I get to the store she’s working the fitting room right but the rugs where the grass be they I told her listen if you can’t understand someone get someone to answer the I wasted gas in time for nothing because it was out of stock

I stopped in to Ross from time to time just to see what's on the shelf what they have to offer here's a tip when shopping at Ross you'll probably have to visit multiple locations for the ultimate shopping experience or in other words they don't always have your sizes for the most part you find a few items for purchase

Lady on counter 2 had zero interest in serving and absolutely rude. Maybe it would help Ross if they hire representatives who actually want to help. Quite racist behavior, not just once but many times from the lady with glasses on.

I love the place, I often visit to get best deals but I find an elderly staff was being rude to the customer in fact I had trouble when I was buying jewelry. I took few chains and ear danglers and my hands were full, wanted a Lil help in closing the box's I asked for help with one box. she said 'you can close it by yourself'. I mean wasn't asking much I guess. Infact it's their job to close it and put it in a bag. Well, I took it and walked away. Here the story is - being more helpful to customers won't hurt, you just gonna bring more in.
