Wouldn't let me exchange defective air fryer. I've worked in retail, and can understand that store policy doesn't allow you to do certain things, but the employees were so rude and disrespectful I just walked out without buying anything.

The workers in this store are not professional at all and the manager isn't any better. Workers standing in the cashier booth eating food and getting mad when ask them a question. Lazy workers with no class whatsoever. Bad workers,bad management equals lousy service.

The store is often a mess. Prices aren't the same as what's post or even label on the products. Always a long line. I hate giving this location a BAD review(since it's the first location I've been to and fell in love with), but today (10-13-2023) they have shown me 1 star customer service. The display had one price, but rang up another. Even after I showed the manager, her explanation was that she has no control over the prices. They tried to get me to pay for some of my items and go back into the store to get a replacement item that was priced correctly. They got upset that I wanted to do one transaction and put me to the side allowing two people to check out ahead of me.

I was followed around by employees & accused of stealing after I purchased my items. I had my receipt & everything , I was Asked to leave the store & banned , I will never come here again. I felt very uncomfortable

It's a hit or miss. Sometimes, there are useful items available. It can be junkie in some departments. This visit was a miss; they didn't have the plastic bens I needed.
