I should have listened to my sister. My son is graduating from college and I needed a fill in so because I needed a sweatsuit also I decided to go here. Bad choice, my toes alone should have stopped me from goin further. First off one toe nail was round and the other was square “red flag” but I stilll gave the benefit of the doubt and continued. Bad decision!!!!! Never ever will I go here again, the color was off and my nails look horrid! My nails were just uneven pointy and fat, I asked for round…I’m beyond upset cause it sure wasn’t worth the price. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

They were not busy ...but tammy did not take her time to file ? she had all but 3 nails crooked but the paint job was good and nails art I wouldn't recommend but was not all bad

This place has gone down in a major way. I used to go here often, my most recent experience was on Easter, I asked the nail tech Mike for a full set and I showed him a picture of what I wanted; my nails looked horrible when he finished. Before he started he was distracted by his phone so I asked should I come back tomorrow because it was also close to closing time. I should've followed my gut and just left. $60.00 wasted!!!

They do a great job based on what they charge you, I love them for that reason. Because I feel like all these nail salons charge entirely too much for the service they provide. Meaning sometimes before you get home you can look at your hands and feet in the day light, light and I be very upset I've you all this money and you're not satisfied, and let's not talk about when you get in the bed and your nails are so sharp or your heals are still ruff..... So when I feel any of these things there I tend to just forget about it!

Went in for a soak off. I walked in there early around 11:00am. I planned on tipping $20 extra for my soak off until the nail tech tried popping my nails off. My nails are very fragil so I politely asked again can you soak them off. There was absolutely no one in there and still I was being rushed. She started soaking them off and still tried popping them off and end up damaging my nail bed. It hurt so bad. I will never step foot in this place again

I went early on a Sunday to the Walmart to pick up a few things and noticed that they were not too busy or crowded. I now know why. I went in for a fill-in. The man that did my nails was rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. He barely filed, or buffed my nails. My nails look like I have a glob of powder on them. Never again!!

i have been getting my nails done forever and this is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had . my toes were rushed through and my nails were done in less than 30 mins with a shape from hell , i asked them to fix them 3 times and they were still terrible! i would never in a million years come back . i cried my nails are so ugly
