During my time working at this rainbow location, i felt there was a lot of unfairness going on. I also felt very overworked and was paid very little. Honestly, working here was the worst experience I’ve ever had working in retail. I got along with other co workers and managers but there were times i felt me and another floor worker was doing more than others. If it was me on the floor working by myself, i would get asked to do different tasks while already working on something else. As a former cashier i recall having to leave to go get a price if a customer needed it. Instead me or another floor worker had to stop what we were doing or assisting a customer to go get a shoe out the front window, or a price for the cashier. Another thing was the no holiday pay…for one that’s illegal to not pay workers for extra time. I did not like the fact that we couldn’t have our cell phones on us put away, that’s a major safety hazard. I often felt used. We couldn’t wear comfortable clothing because it was business attire only. I didn’t get a raise after a year of being there and i was told that i would be getting one. The main issues of all is the security guard. He isn’t employed by the mall, just a regular rainbow worker, with a security guard title. I was 25 when i left this year, but this man harassed me the whole 2 years i was working there. It had gotten to the point where we had an altercation resulting in an exchange of foul language. I was told he was written up. They always “write him up” but he should have been fired a long time ago. He argues with female customers, managers and employees there. The district managers Sean and Kelly are no better. Sean and Kelly are very aware of the things that go on at that store, but have yet to address it. Some people are not meant to be in certain positions. If you’re going to do a job do it the right way, and make sure your employees are being treated correctly. Rainbow company as a whole is very cunning and distasteful. Honestly surprised that no one has sued them cause it’s a damn mess. Do better!

Can’t expect much from a clothing store in the hood. The “Security Guard “ , who has been there for years ( black skinny guy with old school hair slicked back that wears a security vest but just walks around and be nosy acting like he’s doing his job but he be on his phone) He is rude and treats customers horribly, Theres no dressing room and the shoes are always mismatched so you have to jump through hoops to find a pair of shoes. The store is clean, and the workers will help you.

They had a good variation of clothes but no shoes in size 6. Also the clothes runs big so you may need to get your clothes one size down. The floor reps are great. The cashier/manager needs to go back to customer service training.

I wanted to pick up a few inexpensive pieces . Too much stuff jammed together. I didn't enjoy the shopping experience. Worst of all NO FITTING ROOM. Now I have to exchange everything ?

Cute clothes for cheap. But you gotta dig to find good quality fabric. Had a new shipment of J-Lo jewelry most for $6.99--bracelet sets or earrings. Found a cute 2-piece skirt/crop top set for the club $24.99, but most items ranged from $8.99-14.99.
