This was my first visit here. I wasn't greeted when I arrived, and no one guided me in when I pulled up for the wash. The associate was busy talking to friends. The flys were bad by the trash area.
However, he did pressure wash the car before I went in, so I appreciate that. Please ensure your staff pays more attention to customers.

Went through the cycle, but still was left with quite a bit of soap on my vehicle. Also, The vacuum suction was weak.

Went to the car wash on Thanksgiving an the overhead brush pushed down on my car an bent my light bar bracket. After filing an accident report the owner claimed because it is aftermarket he wasn't going to do anything. I will never go there again!!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

I've been using the spa for 2mos now without any problems. I go back when ever I see dirt on my GL550. The staff there are professional, kind, courteous and responsive to my concerns. So for I have been a word of mouth recommendation for the Q. S. C. W.

The attendants treated me well (the few times I have gone here). But, why is this the only business, in operation I literally know, that NEVER answers their phones??? I have been trying to contact them for at least a mnth now! I call all different days & times, doesn't matter, they just don't bother. All businessesshould attend to their customers in person & via phone...we may need you for something...PAY ATTENTION!! Thanks! ?✌??

Horrible customer service, even after 2 washes, the car was dirty. I complained, but to no avail. Take my advice, find another facility!

Not bad for a neighborhood car wash. The $10 monthly is cool since I do Uber/Lyft. I can knock off the dirt and get a quick vacuum whenever i need it. If you're looking for a Saturday shine this is not the place.
