The place was very clean and everyone was very friendly. They lost me when they said I needed a new engine. It was running when I left it there. Then, all of a sudden, it's not running. Take it to another shop and it was my starter. Like, really? Smh

I highly recommend TRUE Automotive. The staff are very friendly and helped us get on our way as quickly as possible. Annie changed our brakes and thankfully caught that our alternator needed to be replaced as well. We have always had the best service!

Great experience all around. From the easy booking / reservation service on the website, the detailed texts and emails with mechanic findings so that you can see and select by priority the repairs needed, to all of the interactions with staff, it was a pleasure. Its hard to find mechanics that you can trust but I feel like you can rest assured True will do their best to be fair and timely.

Loved getting my oil changed there. They let you know what's going on with your car and you have the option to have services done or not depending on how high priority the service is for your vehicle. Mitch was super helpful and made the experience great. Will definitely be back!

I brought my car in with obvious concerns but not knowing exactly what's wrong and Michael took very good care of me and was honest with what needed to be done. Would highly recommend bringing your car here! I have found a new lifetime mechanic here. Excellent customer service by michael

Came here to fix my right mirror back in April which came off and a standard tire rotation among other things. I left my car Wednesday afternoon so that they would have enough time to order Wednesday, it can arrive Thursday/late Friday and i could pick up my car before the weekend. This is what I was used to when I would work through Eric, however Eric wasn't there when I arrived so another gentleman helped me. This was my mistake. This schedule did not happen and I had to uber all weekend while my car was getting repaired.Then when it arrives, they ordered the wrong color so now my silver camry has a black mirror and I need my car back so really didn't have a choice. So when I took my car to another mechanic because my car kept shaking I was shocked to find out they rotated my tires incorrectly (my tires are aluminum alloy not steel) and the additional weights they added were causing a weird noise everytime I braked.
They clearly do not have the attention to detail to fix problems correctly so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Eric and others at True Automotive go above and beyond to make sure their customers can make informed decisions about the scope of work needed in your vehicle. I appreciate the transparency in cost, determining which services are eminent versus which can be delayed until my next visit, and walking me through the timeline and process for completion of work.

I can’t say enough about TRUE Automotive! Everyone was very personable and helpful. I dropped my car off on a Friday, close to closing time and was still given so much courtesy. I knew EXACTLY what was going on because of the great communication! The lobby was also the CLEANEST I’ve ever seen! I believe I have found my repair shop. Thanks for everything?

Thank you to True Automotive and staff for doing a nice job on the minor fix I had on my Infiniti Q50. The pricing was reasonable and Michael “Mike” T was kind and friendly. I’ll definitely utilize them in the future.
