The deli is very irresponsible to day,knowing they need inform the bakery when they are running low wheat sub bread. They failed to do so and I spent one hour.

So this is my neighborhood shop and I’ve kept to myself for 3 years but today’s 47 minute wait at the deli for a sub with 3 people ahead of me was the line for me. I know it’s a Saturday, but a 45 minute line should be at least 10-15 people deep, right? That can’t be too ridiculous of an ask? THEN, after patiently waiting, not saying anything…the GALL of the woman to be annoyed that I had a second sandwich order? These ladies are sweet but guys, I think it’s fair to have an issue here.
Also, the produce. I’ve been bothered by this for years but I just figured that the area we were in, we would get bottom-barrel produce…but the amount I’ve had to put to the side or bring to the attention of an attendant for active rot? Or past sell by? I’ve noticed some new managers around and it seems like things are being smoothed out, but there are definitely still holes in the ship.

I was looking for an Egg Custard Pie, and this was the only store that had one. The young lady was nice enough to put it to the side until I got there. Will definitely recommend this Publix if you're in the area!

O.G.O. to be find (and you don't have to purchase 2 to get the deal).

I’ve been to a lot of Publix and this the first time Publix couldn’t accommodate my needs. Went to the deli to order my lunch like I normally do. Wanted 2 pieces of chicken, a breast and a thigh. They didn’t have it at the hot plate, when that happens, I normally ask if they could take it from one of the 8 piece box and the answer has been always yes.
Today, the answer was NO. It wasn’t just one employee who said it, it came from 2 different employees. Not one of them could explain why they couldn’t do it. They asked if I wanted chicken wings or tenders for diner. I politely said no thank you and walked out.
If there’s a rule at this Publix that’s not at the others, please let me know that’s not the service I’m used to at Publix.

This store disappoints me every time I go in. I try to make it a point not to go here because of the long lines when checking out and how in efficient they are at the deli with the hot food and the sandwiches. I can see that many of the ladies bring their problems to work. Most of them never smile and get an attitude when you ask how much longer on your order. I do not care that you give bad service because you are stressed! So is the rest of the world! Customer service is missing at this location!! I like the sandwiches at this location but every single time I order online the sandwich is never ready and I end up waiting sometimes as long as 30 minutes. It is very frustrating and it will probably be a while before I visit again, also, as soon as you walk in the front door it smells like Fish! The work area was dirty with stuff on the floor. The garbage can was running over. And the bread was left, uncovered, I saw flies on the bread. This is unacceptable! Please take a look at the photos I have included. I just might reach out to the health department.
